This exactly! I've been saying this since forever! I never liked the idea of DhruLya turning a couple alongside MaNan.. DhruLya could have been really good friends n could wait for a few years to think beyond that.. But guess CVs wanted to make comparisons with MaNan trying to show the umpteen different ways a relationship can break😳

Soha alive or dead is still a mystery !!!! Arya wants revenge coz he feels manik is responsible for sohas death. I guess he must have come to this conclusion on the basis of the media reports only..

He doesnt seem to be in touch with his own father ...he tld this in yest epi that soha used to live with their father n he with mom n they had no contact for 10 years !!!! All this mystery will open up eventually.

Nyo treats manik as a pawn between her n daddy M ...hence wants him fully in her control

I sort of get your reaction Shibz, but thing is apart from relationships and random past angst the show never really set up any overall theme. Love and friendship is how they weave the stories. Cabir's bf is to always establish his sexuality , like a little reminder of his struggles . Mukti- already has a baggage in Harshad , they basically showed she was betrayed in love- that was her angst, also her disillusionment about relationships coz of her parents. Dhruv-Alya was meant to be shown as a couple who fell for each other but couldn't handle their relationship because of issues/insecurities. In short, MaNan be the ideal overall love story. Rest are just different ways relationships exist or are present. Dhrulya could have been friends but then again their basic nature always sought love , they are sort of self-centered that way.
