and all this brings me back to the point - just how lonely this girl is. When Dhruv was so amazingly told by Alya to woo Nandini, I thought of a scenario where Dhruv with the help of Alya or maybe on his own plans a semi-romantic event for her to cheer her up or something and Nandini just bursts at him. I just want this girl to be taken seriously for Heaven's sake! no one is considering her, no one is taking her feelings in the equation.. sab apne apne mein lage pade hain..arey koi iski bhi socho!! Why is she left so alone?! I swear..it's frustrating now..I feel like crying for her..

Pehle Dhruv was one presence in which she found solace, ab tou even he is changing. She, sooner or later, might realize the drastic lack of communication between them and his image might come tumbling down. not too down but her rose tinted glasses might be taken off when it comes to him...this girl has nothing special left in her life, how long will it take for her to mark Dhruv ordinary from special?

@Mais: TBH, I've never thought of it as a deep rooted connection, even in the original DhruNi days.. to me, it has always been superficial because the foundation was superficial.. I think she took Dhruv on face value.. and her reasoning was very basic.. in this sea of twisted and selfish people, he was the first seemingly 'nice' person she met and she just wanted to hold on to that.. it was like a small reminder to herself that even in such place, goodness could be found.. beyond that, they never connected as people.. If he doesn't know her then she doesn't really 'know' Dhruv as such either.. sure she cares about him even more so after finding out about the attacks, but that's just her as a person.. she calls him 'special' because she feels he makes no demands on her.. just lets her be..and that came as a relief to her after all the turmoil Baba was putting her through.. She likes the 'idea' of him too, a nonjudgmental, calm presence, like a safe harbor in the tornado that has been Baba😆 Unfortunately, none of these attributes give the DhruNi bond substance enough or their own unique importance.. which is why maybe once Dhruv begins to grow as a person, DhruNi will work because they will be able to build something as individuals this time..

Till now we as viewers felt Nandini's loneliness in bits and flashes but now this will dawn on her too.The solitude and how isolated she has been from everyone else. I think this is her growing up, she was holding on to some of her pre-SPACE ideas- it would have clashed now or later. Somewhere I feel even with Manik will she understood his veil, she would never have been able to adjust to it before going all this misery. it's like the past few days they were together, he was the best version of himself- the one who could be accredited on Nandini's scale of perfection. I think the rose tinted glasses, ignored his dark side for some time , like it has been judging both Navya and Dhruv through a very dated impression.
