New changes to the forum:YOUR inputs needed!

Hello members,

• Wedding Celebrations - How can we forget the wedding celebrations of our very own beloved jodi, Sudha and Uday? Keep an eye out for lots of fun games and contests!

And of course, the most important thing, all of your inputs and ideas! If any of you have any fun or interesting ideas for activities for the forum... be sure to post them here or PM me. All ideas are welcome!😃

Also, if there is any fighting or trouble in any posts - be SURE to report them or directly PM me about them. There are bound to be instigating topics from members every now and then, but its always best to ignore them rather than to get into trouble yourself. And remember, its only with the help of all of you that we can make this forum a great place to be!😊

Oh, I know the appreciation thread is there - I just wanted it to be a sticky. Same w/ the Discussions about Sudha/Devika, which was until yesterday - maybe a good idea would be to rename it 'The Suday chronicles', and then make it a sticky. I have so much stuff there as well.

On the suggestions for improving this forum and making it more attractive, I think more pages dedicated to the lead characters and how their storyline moves. I've been doing that regularly for Sudha in both the Sriti appreciation and the Sudha/Devika track threads: posting videos of their highlights, as well as posts on how things were moving for Suday. In my case, I only posted videos, but you could have people posting other creations, like avis, cgs, etc on their favorite characters, and have them move along.

We already have the Jyoti appreciation thread, but that has seen little participation. Also, this serial being what it is, there are very few laudable characters in it: I've mentioned Suday, and aside from that, Jyoti & Pankaj. While there are other nice people there, like Pratik, Panchi & Deepu, their coverage has hardly been enough to merit whole threads to them, and so this idea of mine may apply only to Jyoti, Sudha, Uday and Pankaj.

The other idea might be to celebrate the actors rather than the characters: have threads dedicated to the achievements both in and outside Jyoti of Sneha, Sriti, Alok, Sarwar, Karan Sharma, Varun, Via, Tuhina, et al. While this risks introducing more Jyoti-irrelevant stuff, if these actors have a good following, it will make the forum more active, just like the Ramayan forum these days is all about Gurmeet and Debina, rather than Rama and Sita.

Also, if there are posters who regularly do creations on Jyoti characters and events, they could even have their own active thread for creations, and keep it alive while they are working on things.

Just some ideas for making this forum more active. Sorry that not too many of them were rivetted on the serial, but it doesnt look like Jyoti has too much of a following: of all NDTVI's shows, it seems to have the fewest reruns, and none on weekends.
