What have you done? Ki darun golpo likhechho 👏👏👏
It was a pleasure reading it to the bits...

😭 Chokhe jol ese gelo!! Thanks for such a beautiful comment. Can't explain how much beautiful it was and how i touched my heart. 😭 😳

The war, the hatred, blood bath, loss of lives... no war ends up in a positive note... for not all emperors are born Alexander, a man who treated kings as kings because he was a king...

And whatever may be the consequence of a war, the innocent common people, who actually have no relation with the fight of ego and aspirations of kings are bound to be sacrificed! The poor soldiers die in war, not the kings or the head of the nations who declares war!

All the questions that Jodha asked... all the darkness that filled Jalal's heart, clouding the joy of fulfilled ambition, are very relevant... that very same darkness fills so many corners of this world, the child Jalal saw standing aside a heap of corpses, clueless and lost... reside in some bleak patch of this very Earth.

These lines are so beautiful!😭

Ages ago, the man in your signature had dreamed of a child too, lonely and confused, sitting on the steps of a shrine, and the steps were bathed in blood!!!
The child had asked frantic, "Ato rokto keno?"("why there's so much blood? "). The dream proves itself true till this day. 😕

I love you for this particular mention. God knows when the humanity will get over the shadow of that dream!
You have a flair for writing to the relevant topics, which is something I absolutely adore about you!!
You're a bold author, for you brazenly end your story where it must and end them sad, if need be so... kudos to you for all your dare!!👏⭐️

Thank you so much dear. 😳

There was something very natural and yet very strong about this scene you have imagined. A heart to heart discussion between a husband and wife, the Emperor and His Empress... far more logical than screaming-in-the-middle-of-a-battlefield scenes , that our honourable serial makers come up with. 😆

Absolutely! Cvs and their crazy approach of showing the most important battle of Akbar's life!!😡🤢 Khuda ke khilaf jung!! My foot!!🤬

The mention of Chittor, the proud warriors of the soil, the Maharana Eklingeshwar, stirred some beautiful, nostalgic memories out of Rajkahini, one of the timeless classics by Abanindranath Tagore... it's a marvellous creation... tumi porechho , tai naa?

Porechi to botei. The whole paragraph mentioning the pride of Chittor that I wrote was completely based on the nostalgic mesmerization of Rajkahini. 😳

At the end, all I can say is, whatever you have written was splendid, your ideas critical, you reasoned all so very well, wittily crafted words, it made a crispy read... so be proud of yourself!!!!

Awww dear.🤗

For, where the mind is without fear, and the head is held high... success shall be all yours (i.e, I loved your signature, and loved you for choosing it😉).

I too love my signature and the poetry too. 😳😃 And so sweetly you put this line... I awe you for your splendid review dear!☺️
Bhalo theko!!!

Stuti,

I'm sitting with tearful eyes😭Don't know what and how to say..

Loved the way you described Jo's agony. She can neither hate her husband whose kind hertedness she has seen nor ignore the facts of his cruelty towards innocent people.Such a difficult situation she is in!!

Thanks dear. We can actually hardly feel real Jodha's agony and dilemmas.

What you've written is absolutely true. The kingdom that accepted defeat long back is happy and flourishing but the one that was determined to fight for it's freedom and pride is deprived of everything.

Yes it is very true! What an irony of time! 😔 But it's also true that who accepts defeat also wears out along with time; but who does not fear to fight till the last breath always adored and worshiped by us...⭐️

Your portrayal of Akbar's state of mind is also brilliant⭐️

Thank you di. 😃

I would have told you lot of times already, but can't help to repeat this..YOU ARE A GEM OFA WRITER,Stuti⭐️

Awww.☺️

I haven't read Abhay's posts on Chittor war but I know, it was a monstrous act.A black spot in the history.

Yeah! I heard for the first and last time Akbar became so cruel and savage, and the heritage of Rajputana, Mewar was finished!

What's the use of repenting after killing thousands of innocent lives? Why does the value of life differ from one person to another so much? Why should our growth and improvement be at the cost of others' lives? Why so much of hunger to spread one's power or religion?? Probably, the only answer is that there is no humanity among humans. The terrorist attacks are proving it.

The blind craze of hunger of power or religion overpowers the humanity! Nowadays there is very little humanity left in this poor world!

Thanks for this OS,Stuti.

Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts Bindu Di.

I had just taken a break so read it , i dont mind whether it is relevant according to history or not but its beautifully and gracefully framed.
How do you manage to write such new concepts , i suppose you are one of the best writers on IF and one of my favourite authors on IF.
Thank you so much dear.🤗 for reading this story managing time from your busy schedule. Thank you for all your compliments. 😳
Coming to the os you have very well helped me feel the agony of wars inspite the victory . I have never read a lot of stories about war but this shot really makes me feel the repercussions about the war the same i felt while reading chapter 3 of shraddha's hiding behind a stranger...
It's a great complement for me. 😃
I felt like blaming jalal and be on jodha's side as it is safer but jalal wasn't wrong in a way , it was his dream , it is good to see such a passionate warrior but when the dreams end and life happens when we are pushed into reality its only filled with guilt as seen in the os
There will be many who will have dissenting sympathy for the rajputana clan but i cast my vote for jalal because since all the destructions are caused by him and the people who suffered the most died and he is the one surviving seeing the repercussions so i suppose he has to live with that guilt throughout his life..
Everyone will be able to think in Jodha's point of view but seeing the whole story from Jalal's point of view is tougher... Don't know whether real Akbar acually repented his act in Chittor ever or not, but he knew to respect the valiant warriors, so may there had a sting of guilt in his deep of heart forever... maybe... 😔
My favourite lines in the os are-

the cloud of smoke swirling up in the air from each and every house after that with the tears for the silent sacrifice of the women; the flood of blood on the roads; the slaughtered heads and dead-body here and there... each and every scenes are still floating in front of my eyes! None of the birds were chattering in the branches of Chittor that day Jodha; only a flock of vulture was gliding over the sky in the urge of dead flesh... The whole fort, which was once full of affluence and pride, was as silent as a graveyard!

: its really described so well stuti the reality about battles, it is this description that moved me..!!

Thanks dear. 😊

The night passed slowly, the golden glow of the sun seeped over the East sky... the ray of a new morning... a new beginning...

: and even this one i loved ,it is the best way to end i suppose with a lovely message that life must go on and there will be a brighter end always..

😳😳

Perfect...!!

I have read the third person but have no time to comment and new life i will read after my exams i.e in october i am going to become inactive after a couple of days

No problem dear. All the best for exam. 😃
