Actually not to all... didn't send to the lil Banjaras who were already here... even before I pmed... because you already saw the thread .. and because there are so many sets of pms to send and little time to do it... I sometimes send only to those I know wouldn't see it unless I sent it...

Nahi re.. because I post in the weekends... sometimes its hours later that I again get time to send pms...

Mindblowing Chapter!

I was lost in it... Every moment is described perfectly!

The insecurities of the people,the bonding between the two sisters, Durga's fear when she's in front of Khalil, i could well imagine every scene.

'Anything she touches, blossoms... and anyone she treats, heals!'

Heera's beauty is so purely describes here.

'Durga' the name itself hints her boldness and her fearlessness, exactly like her real self. How valiant she was till her end.

Jiji ran around the Haveli, with her eyes opened wide

Every trick uncanny, she may have tried

Every nook and cranny, she may have spied

But never did she find me, because I know how to hide!

They spared no-one. Not even the innocent dogs. witty reply for the beloved sister.

And the very thought of what he wanted - the very notion of what horrors lay ahead, debilitated her morale. Now too weak and too wounded to protect herself, Durga bai, the once proud heiress, was forced to relinquish her ego and go down on her knees. She begged and pleaded - not for her life, but for her modesty to be spared.

All in vain. His scowl didn't thaw one bit. He had a reputation for being a 'savage' and he apparently wanted to live up to it -

For, he took away the Farmaan,

Then, took away her modesty,

And finally, took away her life too.

If this is the minister of the Shehzada, so merciless, the can't imagine how ruthless Shehzada himself would be... I feel like murdering with my very own hands. How could he do this to an innocent lady??😭

Here, this was their favourite poem... but the message was that every trick uncanny she may have tried every nook and cranny she may have spied (i.e. every trick they used to try find her... every place the prince's soldiers went searching for her) they never could find her, because she knew how to hide...

I was lil surprised initially,since I expected this to be a love story of Akbar and Jodha.But my curiosity levels increased with the progress in story.

Durga and Harkha,both the characters are extremely inspiring.I relished every bit of all the three chapters.

The love of two sisters for each other,for their land and people is overwhelming and the amount of courage,determination and presence of mind exhibited by these teenagers is mind blowing.A big round of 👏👏 for shaping up their characters so well.

How could someone be so inhumane😡😭.I had to pause for a while after reading what happened to Durga,didn't expect this.I thought she would kill herself before his filthy hands are laid on the pure soul.I couldn't restrain my tears,di😭😭.
How could she kill herself... by the end of the fight, she'd lost all her weapons to him...
I've no words to express how proud I felt,reading the brave girl putting up a tough fight till the end.But can't even imagine her begging and pleading the devil.
In a way, the beginning and the pleading part was tougher for me to write than the part that most were affected by... I don't know why!
