Today I was totally irritated by Ruq constantly flexing her authority over Jodha by laying claim to one of the twins and trying to make Jodha kowtow to her decisions. Ruq was acting as if Jodha was a bandi acting like a surrogate mother to Ruq's child and therefore had to listen to Ruq's advice on how to carry herself during her pregnancy.😡

If she continues like this, pretty soon, Jodha will start suspecting RUq's motives in adopting her baby. What will Jodha do then? Who will Jalal listen to? Ruq or Jodha? Of course, in the end, Ruq will be exposed and Jodha and Jalal will be united. But I hope there is no major MU between them in the interim and I esp do not want to see JJ separated (emotionally) in the aftermath of the twins' death.😕

About Maham

I also feel that she will die on Friday. Hamida told Maham that day after tmrw will be the chalisa of Adham. And Maham died that day. 😊

So we have to bear the face of Maham for 2 more days.

I was upset also with Resham. On the one hand, she is bullying Jodha into caring for Maham and carrying out her wishes. On the other hand, when Maham was cursing Jodha as a *** fool, Resham didn't utter a single word in defence of Jodha. It was so cheap on her part. 🤢 😡

When will Maham realise Jodha's gentility and accept her? Will she accept Jodha only if Jodha brings Jalal to meet Maham? Will Jodha herself mean nothing to Maham till the end and will MAham carry her arrogance to the grave or will she repent?

About Hamida

Hamida is practical today. She sticks to JAlal's decision and does not get swayed by emotion.

But all that is in front of Jodha. Afterwards, she herself goes to meet Maham and cry bucketsful.

The whole purpose of Hamida going to meet Maham seems to be two-fold:

1. Maham realises Jodha lied to her. What will she do now?

2. Hamida informs us that the chalisa is day after tomorrow.

Really the Mughals were a right royal family to weigh the sins and loyalties of Maham and decide that she was more loyal than a traitor and that she deserved loads of TLC in her last days, in spite of trying to kill the emperor, snatch his throne and curse his unborn babies. 🤢

About Jodha

Jodha was her usual self, trying to do the right thing by Maham, in spite of being told to ignore Maham by Hamida, Jalal and Ruq, not to mention, Moti and Zakira.

The only person who supported her was Salima, but then Salima was being herself too. She is destined to be the OSD for Jodha all her life, at least in the show.

But today Jodha showed flashes of a fiery spirit I had long given up hopes of ever seeing again, when Ruq tried to dictate terms to her by claiming that she could order Jodha around because Jodha was carrying "her child". In the end, Ruq tries to stop Jodha from going to meet Maham by forcibly holding her by her hand. Wonder how Jodha manages to escape from her clutches.

About Jalal

I have seen one thing. If Jalal is miffed with Ruq, it lasts hardly one episode. But if Jalal is miffed with Jodha, it lasts many episodes. Jalal was still miffed with Jodha today and told her that he wouldn't change Maham's punishment. In fact, he was not willing to even talk to her or look at her.

At least, he allowed her to meet Maham. That was proof that he couldn't really completely say No to Jodha. 😊

I agree, Jodha seems to be using reverse psychology (learnt from Mainavati ?) on Jalal to make him visit Maham. 😊

Overall, the episode was good but felt a bit sad to see Jalal being a bit reserved with Jodha today. 😕

@bold: to me its okay Radhika. as long as he does not yell, i am fine..Also he thought as usual Jodha came to convince him..This shows he cares and worries about Jodha. Its not the same equation with Ruks.

Nice Episode, esp. after yesterday's ...Every episode can not be based on Just JJ, as there are SO MANY people in their lives...But, an Episode like yesterday should be shown at least sometimes, if not always.

Precap was Reverse Psychology by Jodha..And, i tell you, i am LOVING this. I guess precap will be shown in the end of tomorrows' episode and then on Friday we have MA's end..

Will not miss even a second of tomorrow's episode in the starting, as i WANT to see Jodha going to MA, despite Ruqayya's denial...

The CV's are very nicely shifting towards next track..>>>> Day by Day , we are watching Ruqayya's possessiveness for Jodha's Kids..

Mahamanga realizes her mistake in cursing the unborn babies of Jodha and Jalal . Ashwini was very very good as the frail , helpless , grieving Mahamanga .

Rukaiyya was at her insolent best again .I am desperately waiting for the moment when she herself will reveal her intentions in a fit of possessive rage . Mazaa ayega .

The story line is evolving so well that I have kept my fingers crossed , for this aspect not to get jinxed.I am watching the serial with renewed enthusiasm.

Jalal is Blessed to have Jodha in his life . He calmly agreed to her request of meeting with Maham because he is also concerned about her failing health . He is not expressing it , but if he was really against Jodha going into the Kaidkhana , he would have absolutely put his foot down . I am looking forward to seeing Jodha's 'teda' tactics take its effect on Jalal .
