I completely disagree rajat is the only one who is bang on with his expressions, watch today's epi and see how convincing he looks, in fact I found the apology part done by paridhi not convincing enough!

I think he was shocked coz he didnt expect him to commit suicide..it was beyond his imagination..Jalal never saw the human side of Khaibar..so seeing it for the first time that too this extreme he was shocked like anything.

After the pathetic performance of Rajat yesterday, he won't get a free pass on his acting from me like before. He may be a superb actor, but he needs to improve upon his mistakes.

In fact not only me, I have planted the seed of doubt in everyone who has visited this thread, even those who disagree. They too will not be as forgiving as before, that doubt will be always be there in their subconscious.

But, what is there to feel bad about. Rajat is a young man, he already is a very good actor, he will learn from his mistakes to become great.

As for Paridhi, we already know that she does not have the same acting ability as Rajat, but she more than makes up with her beauty, her grace and her exuberant fun loving nature.

Maddy ...lol..I know what you mean but another thought came to my mind maybe jalal is thinking jodha ne aisa kya kiya ke iss nirdosh praani ko marna para...lol...jokes apart I think the shock expressions were apt because when something unexpected happens more than anger the very first reaction is shock. .!

The first reaction should be surprise mingled with anger, then an expression of grim satisfaction.

Shock is a very powerful emotion, you encounter it when something bad happens to someone you care. Why should the fate of this kidnapper shock a man who must have been thirsting for revenge.

Interesting observation Donjas. I actually zeroed in on that scene too because it looked to me that CVs wanted to show that the only thing Jodha and Jalal could agree on at that moment was their shock at Khyber's death. A shared compassion. I relate to the compassion part, but now that you say he should have different reactions...yes, he should have. But I'm pretty sure the director thought otherwise.

Similarly, Whether a psychopath like Ted Bundy expresses remorse and commits suicide at the end after having killed 50 women is of no practical purpose and should not shock anyone.

donjas, lets clarify few points here...i re watched the last scene..his anger and jealousy is evident when he is pulling jodha along with him..then she slips and its khyber that saves her and hands her over to jalal safely and jala for a split second looks at him, though his expressions were not shown but they could be of thanking him and realizing that he was not a darinda after all...then when they are up the mountain he has several questions in his eyes and he is clearly more upset with jodha than with khyber, as khyber does not understand anything but at least she can..he might be angry at khyber but not to the extent he is with jodha..therefore being a good human himself he did not make a pleasant face when khyber committed suicide and his expressions were as if he wanted to give him another chance and here goes a half man half ape who saved jalal's jodha and his children..jalal's mouth was wide open as if he was about to shout but it was too late...it was typical of jalal's character, he had always liked good hearted and honest people and now he realized khyber was one of them..but his anger is more towards jodha who did not trust his decision and went and took a drastic step herself which was foolish indeed!

i think donjas misunderstood the scene..he missed the key point where jalal looks at khyber with a subtle thanking note when he saves jodha and hands her to jalal..jalal ko ache bure ki pehchaan hai..!
