The scene yesterday when Khaibar falls to his death. The look of utter shock on Jalal's face, I can't let go of it. Why the shock, Jalal? Is he some loved one you are going to miss dearly? Instead of shock, his face should have registered grim satisfaction, anger, disgust, maybe even a bit of surprise, but no shock.
Can you imagine a greater shame for a man, an emperor at that, your wife gets abducted by a man who may or may not be monster. I can imagine the man, on sleepless nights wondering what that monster was doing right now to his wife.
You are stricken with horror at the situation and you are helpless. You are so angry at this monster, that even death would be an easy recourse, you would like to do worse.
As a man Rajat should have understood this while emoting this scene just as I do, instead he is shocked to his eye sockets at the monster's death. What ridiculous acting.
That scene has depressed me more than all the Atifa and Khaibar crap of the past few weeks. I watch this serial for the name of Akbar, the acting ability of Rajat and the grace and beauty of Paridhi. Everything else is sub par.
