There are historical records to show that that Akbar was much more lenient with his relatives than justice would have warranted. If justice was everything, Adham Khan would have been put to death for the orgy of death and destruction he unleashed in Malwa.

Similarly, Mirza would have met his maker much earlier than was just. And what about Maham, she made an assassination attempt on Akbar with her slave and yet he forgive her.

Clearly Akbar had different standards of justice for relatives.

I am not a fan boy, just a general viewer who likes Rajat's acting. He lost a lot of respect in my eyes yesterday with his performance. He needs to put a lot more effort in his acting, if he wants to make a mark in movies.

But not if he acts like he did yesterday. I want him to know he did badly, so that he can improve. That is what all good actors do, they learn from mistakes and improve.

Salim was not forgiving to his enemies. He had the 2 sons of Rahim hanged because of their support for Khusrau. And everyone know of the death of Guru Arjan Dev in his captivity.

As for Khusrau, he got his eyes gauged out because of his rebellion. Though later, Jahangir developed fatherly affection towards his son and tried various Hakims to get the eye sight restored. In fact it was restored, partially in one eye.
