I really hope that they redeem Jalal . I always respected Akbar the great and found this screen Jalal absolutely irresistible. It was so much easier to understand and love this a flesh and blood human being with flaws who survived against all odds to become the great Emperor Akbar. Even the Jallad Jalal commanded respect because I could justify some of his actions by seeing him as a human being and not someone who was great from day one. I want to continue loving this character and am eager to see him redeemed. Also want it done for Jodha's sake, who deserves nothing less than a great man in her life.

Your theory makes a lot of sense. Ruk is beyond redemption. So they can pin it on her. A woman shown as a potential child killer is beyond redemption for non-sadist viewers. Please pardon me if I am inaccurate or repetitive...I am on a break from the show and rarely visit the forum these days. I try my best to follow the storyline but it is not the same as watching the show or reading different POVs on the forum.

I am most curious about the reason behind his behavior.

Is it a spell? Like black magic? I don't know enough about it ...so will refrain from commenting on it.

Is it an aphrodisiac? Hmm...that's interesting.

I would really like them to reveal the name of this compound for it to make sense. Ruk added it to Jalal's jaam...Aphrodisiacs are substances that increase sexual desire...there is an increase in libido...hyperarousability and increased( sometimes not) performance. There are some naturally occurring ones ... rhino horn, ghinseng and Spanish fly are the more famous ones. Most studies suggest a placebo effect...but Jalal doesn't know (right?)...then what is it that can make a man ingest it and get attracted towards a certain female...if Ruk gave him that drink, why didn't he do "it" with Ruk or even Jodha...CVs please tell me the name of this person specific aphrodisiac that makes him attracted to just Atifa( I'll use it on Brad Pitt next time he is in my city)...And, if Atifa is wearing something that attracts Jalal towards her, then again, it has to be person specific...it is clearly not working on her husband, Atgah or SD...I am assuming that Adham is out of town. We need to know the name of this discovery/invention by Ruk/ Atifa 😉

Besides that, CVs need to explain several other ugly aspects of Jalal's personality that were highlighted in this track.

He is shown to be a person who doesn't respect his religion...all the sins that he committed in the holy month need to be explained. How can viewers respect a man who doesn't respect his own faith? How can he make tall claims of respecting all religions when he doesn't respect his own religion? Beats me.

A very poor judge of character...and a poor judge..period...while Khyber is being punished for entering the harem, Nigar Aapa who brought soldiers to rape his harem ladies( including his beloved Jo and Ruk) is sitting in Agra Mahal enjoying the luxuries. He needs to pay that terrace Tarazu another visit.

An unfair husband...even if he is acting, his concern towards a pregnant Jo and a pregnant Ruk is very very different. If he suspects that Ruk is capable of hurting Jo, send her and Atifa on a pilgrimage...isnt that easier than torturing a pious pregnant woman who is about to give birth to his heir(s)? have Salima or someone else taste Jo's food. Didn't the Hakima sahiba with ultrasonic hands( the one who detected twin pregnancy in the first trimester) tell him that twin pregnancy is a "high risk pregnancy"? he could have played James Bond later(though we have all the elements...a seductress ...Ruks jaam, shaken not stirred; plethora of villains including the giant from 'the spy who loved me' and a lovely damsel in distress).

I really hope the CVs do justice to his character and explain all the whys" and "hows" in this skippable track.

Sab ko dikana ki he is attracted to atifa and no more in love with her ...finally now papita's husband is going to take culprit help to dethrone jalal ... in that case automatically that culprit il come out and gets caught..who knows may be tm is following atifa husband secretly...if atifa is rukku's toy then rukku il do something to save jalal becoz right now jalal jhal phek diya machli pakane ko..ki go and complain about me to kazis..

Atifa ke husband complaint kare bhi to phasega na kare to bhi pasega..kardiya.to ab proof ke liye culprit ko help karna hi padega..so they il caught the culprit...if its sent by MC...

If they from rukku's side she il do something so that neither they il force jalal to dethrone and they il make that husband to divorce aitfa..so rukku too il get caught..

if its plotted by rukku then wen atifa's husband goes to kazi's then rukku il have to save jalal in some or the other way that atifa and her husband are not married in real..then rukku il get caught..coz she is the one behind this atifa track..rukku wanted to seperate jalal and jodha..not to dethrone him.. see if its rukku's plan then wen all evidences against jalal then she has to come out and save jalal that atifa is not married..then automatically she gets caught...

coz this kabul gang entered in palace before meeting jalal in dek..and that too atifa in jodha's hamam..so kuch to gad bad hai...some one is helping this kabul gang inside the palace..it they are from MC then who can help them...either it cud be nigar or maham or sharif... if they are from kabul but not sent by MC then who s behind them rukku???


more over atifa is shown to be a mughal..how cud she sing such hindu kanha songs ..sounds suspicious..

but monday kidnapping track starts... jo is in yellow dress..so jo il be brought back and saved and jo il leave to amer thats wat we heard ...in bet atifa il get caught and truth il be out..to ye new dress and jo green out fit scene kaha se aya.. it means even after kidnapping track atifa il be thr?? logically her track is for 10 days..now its more than 10 days.. so even after kidnapping track can we assume jalal il go ahead and marry atifa?? highly confusing..

The Fake Pregnancy Idea:

Used on Ruq and Jodha

The Seductress Idea:

Used on Jalal thru Ben and now Atifa

The Man in Harem Idea:

Used to show Sujamal and Khyber in Jo'a hojra both times.

The Kidnapping Idea:

Jo's been kidnapped once already. A second outing is now apparently due. Maybe because Jalal didn't get to flex his muscles in the first one and Khyber walked away with the seetis.

The Insult Jo Idea:

Do we even remember the count? Too many to recall.

The Hidden TE Idea:

Again, shown too many times. Does anyone now really care if there is a TE hidden somewhere in the depths of Jalal's inconsistent personality?

The JJ MU Idea:

This idea was flogged to death earlier and we all heaved a sigh of relief when JJ came together on their SR. However, we are back to MU Land pretty soon.

The Ruq Jealousy Idea;

We thought the Badal Kajri track would be the end of it. Alas! this idea has now been made an intrinsic part of the script and there can be no track without a jealous Ruq in it.

The Vamp Idea:

The Agra harem seems to be a shelter for vamps of all hues. From MA to Ruq to Nigaar and BB, it's been an R&R (Rescue and Rehab) center for all vamps who apparently need extra dollops of TLC from JJ to end their sadistic ways and become clones of the pious HB.

Will Atifa too become a permanent fixture here? Let's see.

She wanted to kill Jalal and Jodha cos she is carrying the waris of Mugal Sultanate, Jalal's waris.
Why should Jalal getting close to Atifa and distanced from Jodha matter to her?!

I hope they gave a good track closure for once, not like Ruk and MA track ends which left viewers felt cheated.

Agreed he has to show disinterest in Jodha and attraction to ATifa. But why does he have to open his mouth and say such hurtful words to her? Can any man, passionately in love with a woman, say such things to her even if he is just acting?

If Jo were acting to save his life and she had behaved thus with him, how would everyone react? I would like to know that. After all, even for much lesser crimes, she is crucified.

See the beauty of your idea (and that of TheThinker) is that it presupposes that Jalal first got his suspicions about Ruq's hand in this whole Atifa affair, and then he has systematically enacted a drama not just to unmask Atifa and her husband, but to actually get to the person behind all this i.e. Ruq.

If this is the track then Jalal behaving in this way can make sense, otherwise why would he start behaving very oddly from the moment he saw Atifa in hamam?

Most of the time whenever we have a track where Jalal is trying to get to the bottom of things, the tehkeekaat stops at the Atifa level and does not go down to the Ruq level, so this Ruq is always getting off scot free. In the fake pregnancy case, however, Jalal did get down to the Ruq level and did not stop at the hakima level, but then Jodha made him forgive Ruq to preserve the childhood friendship.

The thing that strikes me as different this time with Ruq is the fact that, if she in involved, she may be plotting the death of Jodha and the babies and not just the downfall of Jodha. This is because Ruq now knows she herself has had her womb destroyed by that ark and she can NEVER have babies and NEVER be the Marium Uz Zamani. Now the only thing before her is to see that not only does Jodha lose these twin babies that she is now carrying but Jodha herself should lose her life or else even if the babies are miscarried, again and again Jodha can become pregnant and get the possibility of the MUZ title.

So this time Ruq has to plan for the complete and final outcome rather than half an outcome ... she has to plan the death of the babies and Jodha and that can be achieved by killing Jodha during the pregnancy itself!

Here if we take the possibilities of Maham/Adham, Nigar/Mahchuchak, Ruq and Sharif as the four principal people to gain from the death of Jodha and the waarises, out of these Jalal has to see who may prefer to do the saazish to Jodha and her babiesand what methods they are likely to use.

As you say, Jalal may have been alert to all four angles, but when suddenly Atifa, a total stranger and a refugee, lands up in the Shahi bathtub which she cannot even be allowed to see, and Ruq starts giving him the nasha of which she will tell him the name, and even further when the news of Atifa's husband hitting her comes when Jalal is in Ruq's room it becomes deeply suspicioius. I think, as you say, its a culmination of all these things that must have hit Jalal as Ruq being the foremost possibility as a culprit. Also think ... why is jalal suddenly now so much in Ruq's room after he got so pissed off that she had faked the pregnancy? It suggests to me that Jalal wants to study her at close quarters. There are too many clues leading to Ruq.

I think if Jalal has zeroed in on Ruq and been studying her carefully and watched the reactions of Atifa and her husband (not by themselves but as henchmen of Ruq,), he may have arrived at some guesses as to what Ruq is upto and he may have also realised that to get the effect of her chaal Ruq has to go for the total kill of Jodha and the babies in one stroke.

There has to be something of grave importance to Jalal for him to act in this way. I doubt MA only cos now Jalal has detached himself from her and she no longer has a strong hold on him. If Jalal doubted MA - esp when her past actions against Jodha in Suj track and before which she admitted to Jalal (btw he never even asked her what else she did against Jodha!) then Jalal will not hesitate a min to act against her. What is holding him back if he doubts she is again plotting against Jodha? He might not even wait for a proof cos he knows she hates Jodha and can go to any lengths. With MA he will take precaution first by sending her away if he even got a little doubt.

We are now at a stage when the final proof of Ruq's hand is required. That is why I don't buy the theory that Sharif or Khyber may kidnap Jodha. I think there may be some other twist in this whereby the real chaal of Ruq will have to yet come out and we have to see what she does to make Atifa and her husband actually deliver Jodha's death to her.

So far we have theories that due to so much of troubles faced by Jodha (kidnap, rolling down a hill, fighting dakus etc) Jodha comes to the brink of death. But I don't fully buy this as a reason why Jodha comes to the brink of her death.

I feel we have to get some indication that Jodha comes to the brink of death because of Ruq's handiwork. In fact not us but Jalal has to get pucca subooth that Ruq engineered Jodha's death and that is why Jodha is now fighting for her life. It is not enough that Ruq was obliquely involved. We have to have a direct link to Jodha life-threatening condition by Atifa and her husband, supported directly by Ruq. If jalal is able to get such pucca subooth, only then will we be able to see Ruq caught and punished. Anything less than that will again let Ruq off the hook.

I am waiting to see if we are shown the fact that Jodha is at the door of death directly due to Ruq,. Nothing less than that will satisfy me.

See I feel Tedha Jalal protecting Jo from Aatifa is one thing and Jalal angry over Jo on Khyber issue is another .

And that whole kidnapping thing is a torture for us too for seeing her going through all this.

This track is for redemption of Jalal but at the cost of his redemption Jodha is made to suffer.I thought atleast once he had taken her into confidence about this whole issue she would be at peace and alerted too,A woman who was so calm and gave support and confidence to others during war ,won't freak out at the very thought that her ,her kids and her husband's life is at danger .

She had shown so much faith in Jalal during war and during kidnapping too that he will come and protect her .So I feel her faith in him and his reassurance to her that he will protect them would have kept her at peace,Who knows she would have helped him like acting that they both are fighting just to fool the plotters.Atleast we would see Jajo together fooling the enemies.
