I have always been facinated by Akbar and by the story of Akbar and Jodha. In fact I have never gone looking for proof since somewhere in my heart I had always believed it to be perhaps the one 'Mukkamal Ishq ki Mukkamal Kahani' - And one of the reasons I have always felt on this was the proofs that have been given by many - quiet a few of these even I have come across in Sikri - have been hidden in open - in such a way by the Universe (I call her Ms. Kayanat) - So Ms. Kayanat has kept the Akbar Jodha story hidden in plain sight that only a true seeker who is seeking - Love/Ishq/Prem - will be able to see it.And here we have so many of us who have turned into seekers - Coelho says 'The moment we begin to seek love, love begins to seek us. And to save us'.The seeking of the Jodha Akbar story is the seeking of Love / Ishq / Prem - No wonder then that Love has begun seeking all us seekers and the proof are getting unravelled!!!!Am looking forward to all the info that many of you are finding. Gr8 work all!

Not only Pahari paintings, but the FUSION of art that took place under the Hindu painters with Rajputana School of Painting with, Basawan, Daswant, Mukund(these are painters.) are amazing..

Hi all,I have read all the 4 posts of abhay (@history geek) and I have also been digging into libraries - Nehru library, Jamia library and shortly will also be chking the Dara Shikoh library and have also been trawling net. There is a lot of misrepresentation even in the so called books - Net toh poocho hi mat!!!Some things that do seem to come out as consistent -1. Bharmal's daughter's marriage with Akbar and all the incidents surrounding it as in the Amer war, capture of the princes, Chugtai Khan's intermediary role and shadi in Sambhar.2. 3 main wives - Ruquiya, Salima (Bairam Khan's widow), Harka / hira / Jodha3. Salim being the son of Jodha / MUZ4. 2 more sons - Murad and Daniyal and 2 daughters - Mother's name of these children either not specified or contradictory.5. The influence of MUZ and the palaces built for her with the specific conveniences.6. The tomb of MUZ within 1 km of Akbar's tomb - the only wife whose resting place is the closest to that of Akbar's specifically built by Jehangir (To me this is the most telling of the Jodha-Akbar relation and the fact that it was felt even by Jehangir)As a lay person I would say all the above do point towards there being more to the Jodha-Akbar story that is either not available in history, or not recorded or has been deliberately destroyed. - This is one tale that is making all of us work real hard to get the facts in order and even then we are left with some which are not verifiable - To me this seems to be the work of Ms. Kayanat (as I said in my earlier post) who hides only the stories of True Love - the kind that can shake all of us up - in plain sight - whereas we have a lot of info on the Jahangir-Nurjehan and Shahjehan-Mumtaz Mahal stories which if one goes thru do not have the same depth of spirit that the Jodha-Akbar tale has - maybe becoz the Jodha-Akbar tale is a meeting and merging of souls / spirits, hearts, minds and bodies while the other 2 lacked a meeting of the souls / spirits (thought to ponder over perhaps)To cut a long post short, I will leave with this beautiful quote -"Hope is wishing, Trust is believing, Faith is knowing" - and Knowing comes to the soul, hence does not need proofs.
@Underlined part..👏👏 This is fact & it is very convincing😊 abt JA luv-story😳😳Originally posted by: adianasr
