The Nikaah was complete...Bakshi bano and sujamal were married in both mughal and hindu customs...hamida bano could not stop her tears..her beloved daughter would finally leave her today...no amount of consoling from her best friend would work..mainavati knew the pain of losing a daughter...she could not help hamida because it is the custom of the world but yes one mother would definitely console the other mother...hamida need not worry..bakshi was in safe hands and hamida knew it...
after the nikaah humayun came to bharmal with folded hands and like any father of the bride asked bharmal to take care of his daughter..bharmal too was overcome with emotions..he hugged humayun promising him to take care of bakshi...
