I agree with the topic starter as well..and he wasn't respecting Debu instead mocking him. I think Debu is one of the most humble and honest guys on the show along with Abhijeet and Harshit. Toshi needs to learn to take constructive criticism in the right sense. And he needs to learn that when he makes a judgment about another's performance he needs to be ready with enough backing for that judgment. When he was giving statements about Debu's performance and Debu is like can we see the tape again..Toshi is like chordo yaar...y? If Debu didn't agree then why should he forget about it?😕

Toshi behaved badly, but this was the first time. But Debo's good samaritan act and pathetic vote garnering is becoming a habit.

It started during C05 - ma ka sapna, old age home, forgiving others who staged walkouts etc. It continues in JJWS - we had a thread on it recently.

You see, Bollywood MDs couldn't care less about ma ka sapna, the kind forgiving nature etc. They are not going to give him breaks cuz ppl (from a particular region) who earned 5000 or less spent 2000 on your sms votes.

Grow up, and face the realities for once.

"Maa ka sapna" kya hota hain woh usko hi paata hota hain jisne aapni ma ko bachpan mein khoya hain...baki logo ko sach mein samajh mein nehi aayegaa..................

How can people aruge or fight over debu's "maa" thing...really!!!! It's saddening...

You can insult his singing because he didn't show his full potential as a champion but you can't say that his attitude was arroagance at its best..PLEASEEE.

Toshi's a dignified guy who doesnt want anyone to take advantage of him thats all...and the show was doing that at times so he's just a little insecure thats all.

Please note that it was required in the show to reveal the drawbacks of other contestants. Toshi was not the only one who did so. Please watch carefully and you will realize that all the contesants revealed drawbacks of their opponents, in a confronting manner. Don't blindly agree with Vishal, but rather, use your mind.


Also, keep in mind that Toshi was assaulted some months back, and he suffered from a severe head concussion, and barely made it out alive. If he's different now in comparison to SVOI, that may be the reason. You may realize that he has lost alot of the 'josh' that was dominant in his previous singing.


Alkya Yagnik, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, and numerous other judges and guest judges have praised Toshi's singing. Just because the bald Vishal decides to condemn Toshi instead of others, all of you blindly pant behind him.


And come on people, what is Debojit doing in these reality shows anyhow? Don't they have an age limit or something? If I wanted to see uncles perform, I'd just ask all my dad's friends to sing at the next dawat. Debojit is a married man with alot of years behind him and knows how to cunningly win the favour of judges.


Toshi does not have that much experience and was just commenting as he was told, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DID. In fact, Toshi showed diplomacy by not smirking when Vishal matched the score that Toshi gave to Debojit. The intelligence level of users in this forum shocks me.

You raise some interesting points, but the one that got me amused was the age limit issue. Actually I have a counter to that - let Debo go around in circles in reality shows till he goes gray, as long as we do not have to suffer him in Bollywood playback I don't care how many shows - on TV and stage - he does.

You have missed the point completely. I am pointing out a pattern in Debo's behaviour - he always somes up with new ways to gain sympathy. If it had stayed restricted with the sapna part, I could understand, but this guy just goes on and on to prove how golden hearted he is.

In future I would advise you to read the post and try to get the point I am trying to make.

Looks like Toshi's arrogance ruined his birthday for him. However, it turned out to be khud toh doobengey sanam tum ko bhi ley doobeyngey. All that altercation started by Toshi costed Debo this finale as well. Debo is a better singer than Rahul and I would have loved to see him in the finale along with Harshit and Abhijeet. chalo, koi baat naheen. All the best to Debo da 😊

Debojit is by no means hypocritical he never contradicted himself on the show. Preachy doesn't work either because he doesn't give speeches for no reason. I think you need to keep searching for more adjectives to post a new thread. 😆
