I am a Harshit fan and I absolutely adore him but I will acknowledge the fact that I have seen him using his dadi for emotional effects on voters both during asvoi and during jjws.
See, the way these shows' format is, the contestants have to appeal to voters. Thye can't just bank on their singing. If singing alone was sufficient, Aishwarya and Amey would not have left so early in the show, Ishmeet would have left after vinit and vinit should have left after toshi and debo would have been in finale while rahul should have been out in debo's place. But it doesn't work that way.
This is why getting the voters on your side is equally important as good singing. Some do this by immature acts, feigned crushes, inconsistent emotional stories about getting a key board that becomes guitar in one show and god knows what in the other show. Different contestants aim to please different strata of viewers.
Vinit's tactics worked with some young ones but Debo's heartfelt appeal got across to many more viewers than Vinit. Don't know how that makes Debo a cheater.
As far as Debo and Vinit's age difference, as I see you sarcastically call him "uncle" pretty much all the time, well, Vinit should have known this before participating in non-chhotey ustaad singing contestant. Definitely not Debo's fault😊
Debo won fair and square in each and every contest so far. He won over vinit because he is a better singer and also a better human being. The attitude does come across on the screen😊 Now who among them makes more money via playback or selling albums is an altogether different thing and only time will tell who will be more successful. Going by the voting patterns so far, Debo has won far too many hearts than Vinit😃
Vineet's only fault is that he dosent belong to East...if he would have been from East he should have won each and every contest hands down...Debojit uncle can never become a playback singer becasue he dosent have voice of of his own....we have better voice than him in the industry...he copies Kisore Kumar where we have better voice like Kumar sanu, Shaan, Abhijeet, Babul supriyo etc so he or even Harshit will never become good playback singer because they dont have original voice..Even Toshi has better edge on them because he has voice of his own....
I am very happy because Vineet ended up on high note by becoming superstar of the week twice not like debojit chacha ...debojit's performance was pathetic 2 say the least....he killed such a fantastic composition & beautiful rendition....he lowered the scale....his sur slipped in many places....his wordings were hay wire....& he actually dedicated that horrendous performance 2 Himesh & Vineet....that performance wud hav been the worst but was 2nd worst thanks 2 Toshi !...So he rightly deserves to go or can say thrown out...
