Yes main reason for feeling wary about kaand happening is that Jhanak will totally use it to character assassinate Ani and claim he just wanted to do ayyashi with her and never intended to marry her

This is what she did after Kashmir Night also and the fact that she so easily believed he could sell her to a bar shows she will not hesitate for even one second before putting cheap allegations on him again.
