that night they had a blissful night! they were lost into one another,
and with each minute passing all their hardships and pain of 15 years slowly washed away...they were finally (almost) back to their old ways, the 2 of them were so passionate that they hadnt realized morning had fallen upon them...

Early Morning

'It's cold' he thought as he reached for the cover. He woke up with a start as he realised that his toe had gone numb. And he could not even find the covers, as his hand tried to wander in the darkness.

Slowly he sat up and massaged his toe. His eyes were now adjusted to the darkness around and he could trace the outline of Ragini sleeping contentedly on her side of the bed. He had not realised when during the night, she has faced away from him and was now hogging the entire comforter. He smiled as he pictured her horrified face in the morning, when she realises her actions. His smile widened as he remembered how bold she had been the last night when she had shown him in her own way how much she loved him.

He got down from the bed and walked around a bit, flexing his toes, the cool floor tiles sending vibes through his body. After a while, once the numbness lessened, he walked over to the washroom. The cold water stung him, awakening his senses, as he washed his face. He looked at himself in the mirror then, trying to figure out what it was that she saw in him. Rubbing his stubble gingerly, he turned away. He was happy as it is. He felt blessed to be with her once again, and to have his entire family with him once again.

Flipping over his phone, he realised that it was only 4 a.m.

He smiled as he realised he had time to cuddle up some more, before the children started demanding more of their Mother's time.

He slowly pulled her back to the middle of the bed, easing her off from half the comforter scrunched beneath her, and then slipping down beside her. She whispered 'Nachiket' as her cold nose landed on her warm cheek. He then kissed the tip of her nose and pulled her closer.
