She smelt of peach, and of sleep distinctly - his mind registered, as he nuzzled her slowly, careful not to wake her up.

A certain strain of smell assaulted him, and his mind lingered on the same. He smiled, after a while, when he realised what it was - she smelt like him, only a bit though - the infusion strong enough to excite him.

And yet he persevered.

He opened his eyes wider as he noticed the small red mark on the crook of her neck. It looked bright and angry, and he knew that Ragini would be upset when she woke up. He leant in a bit closer and kissed the spot, kissing it reverentially, willing it to lessen it's intensity. But he ended up placing small, feather tipped kisses on her shoulder blade now, peppering them with his love. And his incessant need for her.

15 years have been a long time for separation and he pushed those sad remembrances back to the dark recesses of his mind. All he wanted now was for their lives to be filled with joy, laughter and happiness.

He could feel her tense in his arms slightly, and he knew that she was awake. he still knew her like the back of his hand, like the air that he breathed in, like the heartbeats that kept him alive,

He pulled her even closer, not wanting to overcrowd her senses. She was in his arms now, and his hands roamed across her bare back, warming her up in the process.

'Nachi..ket' she purred.

He kissed her on forehead and whispered

'Ragini ... sweetheart, please come away with me. For some time'

She hid her face in his chest, murmuring her assent.

She kissed his chest "ok jaan" he smiled and kissed the top of her head he would have her to himself for a while. She sngguled closer to him not wanting this moment to end she needed him so much. She had missed him these 15 years and missed these mornings waking up in his arms. The alarm went off nachiket switched off she looked at him "we have time yet" she sngguled back hugging him.

He looked at her in his arms he felt so peaceful just holding her. She was stroking his chest he loved it when she did that. They just lay there in each others arms.

She opened her eyes after the longest time to find his eyes intently studying her face, and now shifting to her eyes. The gaze was so intense that she lowered her eyes instantly.. suddenly conscious of herself.. he ducked closer to her and let his eyes roam her face.. propping her face on his index finger and bringing it up so he could take her lips in his in the most leisurely manner possible before parting and looking at her again..

Her eyes were closed as she relaxed against the pillow and savoured the kiss but she could still feel his gaze burning through her skin and felt a distinct blush run up her cheeks.

'I didn't know you could still do that', he said softly.. tracing the flush of her skin from her neck to her cheek with his finger ever so slowly. Her voice hitched in her throat but she refused to open her eyes

'I didn't know I could still do that either', she said breathily.. her fingers holding his in place on her cheek, pressing his palm flat on herself now..

'Open your eyes.. Ragini..'

'No'

'Why not?'

'I'm not ready'

'Not ready for what?', and she swore she could feel him smile when he said that.. and almost immediately she reached out to where she thought his face would be and ran her fingers on his lip, settling on his right dimple..

'This', as she felt a ripple go through her body in anticipation of what lay next..

He caught her under the chin and gently kissed her mouth open. Though his lips were cool, his breath was warm. She breathed in time to him, until she felt like her body was only a breath of air mixing with his.

"You've got an awfully kissable mouth," he mumbled, and captured her lips again.

"Ragini, aankhe kholo ab,"

"You've got an awfully kissable mouth" is one of my favorite romantic quote. Have always wanted to use it for N and R. :D Finally!
