Laad Governor kay nakhray
Really he was just too much ! He lays down these ridiculous laws and then he gets mad if you abide by them. Shakal dekh saktay hai par baat nahin kar saktay. Well, that is exactly what she has been doing since she has come here this morning, hasn't she ? Obeying the no speech gag order ... At least in its deed, if not, entirely in its spirit.
Is he mad that she is not talking to him or is he mad that he can't yell at her ? Either way, it is no different from any other day ... He is mad at her one way or another ...
Both as itne din jo hogaye aapki daant sune...and Khushi tum bolti kyuon nahin ...
He had come down for a late lunch, running into her at the table and proceeded to ignore her after an initial brief freeze ... A suspended moment ... Like a moonstruck teenager, he had stared at her, forgetting to breath, unable to move, unable to think, the moment he had set his eyes on her. She had grumbled, under her breath, at his lack of manners. No Dhaniyavad, no nothing for the delivery of the sandesh !
Na dhaniyavad keh paate hain aur na maffi mang pate hain...Ladd Governor kahin keh...how can any one shower her love more than that...good eat now your Chilli Daal...Teekha khana pasan nahin par khana hai...
She sees him start to serve himself dal and had bounced excitedly, motioning him to stop ... She had even roped in Hari Parkash to explain to him why he shouldn't eat that particular dal. But would he listen ? He is such a child ! Well she had tried her best !
She wants him to eat the dal made by her and not the one made by Lavanya ? How bloody presumptuous of her ! Is she now going to dictate to him what he wants and what he does not want out of life ? Well, too bad Ms. Presumptuous Gupta, my life, my poison ... I get to choose ! And right now, I choose Lavanay's dal, so eat your heart out!
Can't be that bad ...
His loud hiccup had stalled her footsteps ... She had turned and angled her head at him. Now ? Do you get it now, you infuriating man!
Not a good idea Khushi, you should know that by now. Such an obvious challenge would only egg him on some more. He is not only childish, but is mulishly idiotic too 😆... Her eyes widened in horror, her mouth agape, she had watched him begin gulp down the dal in loaded spoonfuls in his attempt to show her. She had continued to stare, alternating from anxious to aghast to horrified ... Her eyes and face expressively animated ... Wha ... Stop ... Don't ... Devi Maiya !!! And finally a resigned, What ever ! Do explain the peculiar logic of that particular move, Laad governor ? I thought you didn't like mirchi vala khana ... Well ... why should she bother, Asay logon kay saath assay hi hona chahiya !
Ipoona , that's not fair when I call him Idiot you scold at me...Yes he deserves that ...ha
He won't admit it, but he knows that he has made a wrong choice. The completely unappealing, unpalatable choice. He's had a bad taste in his mouth for days ... He's had heartburn ... Indigestion ... You are right, assay logon kay saat yehi hona chahiya ...😆
But how can she bear for him to suffer his own foolishness. She had braved the fire breathing dragon's lair with some trepidation. He was by his pool, already furious over something, flinging a crumpled piece of paper into the pool. He had advanced towards her, breathing open mouthed, had tried to say something ... But then, had stopped. She had lowered her eyes and tried to hide her delight ... Kya hua, Laad governor ... Kuch kehna tha kya ? He is absolutely, not amused.
She can see his lips are on fire and her heart foolishly melts. She has come bearing props for her next mine and a soothing salve. 👏👏
With all the flair of a seasoned thespian, she beings to mime the story of his idiocy. He watches, angrily fascinated, his mouth and heart both on fire ... But she also comes to heal him. With both hands she proffers him his soothing cure, a cold glass of milk. Breathing in short, silent hisses, he moves forward. For a brief minute, it looks like he is ready to accept the healing elixir she offers. He moves again, she steps back, still offering him his aid. He takes it, looks at her, sees her concern and violently flings the glass into the pool. Oh well ... Not ready yet, our man. Abhi waqat laygay to accept any healing ...
He still needs time to accept the purity not till he learned it hard way.WHen she will seem slipping through his fingers like sand then...
But he was not done, he continues to invade, forcing her to retreat. She steps too far back and is about to fall backwards, into the pool. He grabs her hand easily, and pulls her into him. The most unreasonable man she will ever encounter in her life, looks at her, and orders, Talk to me. Say something ... anything ...
That's the key he always wants to dimish this distance but creates ways to enlarge it and Khushi always gets trapped in between understanding him BUT never gives up just like here she is not ready to give in easily...he is the one who ordered this Law and he is the one who will break it first...sach main tare ban jatey hain.Later ...hum wohi karaingey jo aap kahain gey...after Heer Ranjha fight..
She had returned to the kitchen, mumbling under her breath and had seen Hari Parkash pouring a glass of cold milk for none other than her Laad Governor. Khushi, we totally sympathize with you, Such mein, bahut nakhray hai iss Laad Governor kay ...😆 Love her
The games they play ... If he now can't stand her not talking, she too cannot stop herself from picking pangas with him. Pounding hard on a mortar and pestle, she draws him in, loving every moment of her heart palpitating, knee collapsing encounter with him, just as long as he is near her, near enough for her to hear his breath, near enough that she has to smoosh her eyes shut ... Near enough to lean into her and pound his frustration on the wall ...
Darti hai par karti hai...always
