i am hoping that the story sounds right and true, but this thing has been coming to me for awhile... sheeshmahal is really dark. thank you for that poem remembered, if without you touched that memory and sparked it i am thrilled, writing at one level is all about reaching another plane within the reader... glad you enjoyed so much.

Khushi and Arnav have lived with their horrendous past for years now. They have been dealing with their loss and pain for a long time and together have come to terms with it and have found a solace with each other due to that. Chachaji has underestimated their connection and love for each other if he now thinks it would make any difference to them on hearing the truth.
But I am sure Shyam is planning something else. This isn't about Chachaji anymore but rather Shyam. And we are going to find that out very soon.

those two lines in pink, very very astute, love ya for sensing these... writing this whole thing was never going to be easy, but it is turning out tougher than i thought... in my head i can see most of it, yet when i get down to write... a bit blurry it gets... it's almost like i am running through the corridors of sheeshmahal trying to glean the truth, and make my way out of it with all protagonists safe. crazy, but i am loving it. so glad you enjoyed, i am a bit worried about this chapter... hoping it connects.

yes so much... the feeling of being not the loved one, and then the discovery that he was impotent... and to start with a basic flawed character base... pratap malik went haywire. such people i don't think are capable of rational thought, their irrational rage propels them...

yes, they better be rescued or rescue themselves otherwise the writer might die of tension worry suffocation. 😆 i feel terrible for asr and khushi, but i think things had ti be this bad for their story to be even more true and beautiful... doesn't make sense, right? teehee.
