Khushi unintentionally spills the beans, and then Nani wants to meet her, doesn't approve, starts looking for other rishtas.. so to just rile her ASR bringsLavanya to his home... he threatens to walk out because, again for obvious reasons, Nani doesn't approve of live-in relationships.. and ASR wants to exert his independence by continuing live-in relationship... with no marriage in sight...

Why he said he'll leave RM together with La - I kinda think it's blackmail on his part 😆 so that his family doesn't broach the topic about marriage. If he threatens to leave, they'd do anything to stop him 😊

And ASR was never romantic. He dropped some casual words here and there so that La sticks to him 😛 and besides, they share a comfort level. Both of them are not interested in marriage, and ASR doesn't mind her presence since she's not breaking the barriers he has built around himself 😊

It is always a mystery of how they met or not. But in the entry of La she says something about five months before but got cut off by ASR. I believe she was convenient and never held the upper hand in their relationship n she was really flexible around his needs. So he stuck with her. But I guess towards their breakup I felt he had a genuine concern for her. But glad that he pointed out in multiple occasions that he never ever had feelings for her.

There is an epi when almost all have gone home, except of course Khushi who has to stay late thanks to Laad Gov. directive.. La is adjusting ASR tie & telling nobody is here.. I think this is the first time Khushi realizes the relationship between La & ASR... and is shocked by it...

The next one is in ASR house when La enters ASR bedroom... of course this is unacceptable to ASR.. given that it is his home but Naani suspecting this aspect.. scuttles the show...

There is also dialog between Khushi & La while Khushi is wrapping her head around the idea of couples being intimate without sanctity of marriage.. and finds it strange that La is ok to being treated like this by ASR.. to Khushi this is disrespect towards La, but to La this is an equal adult relationship...

As I said.. it is hinted... and hinted strongly... but never confirmed in your face...

Come to think of it.. actually it is confirmed, more than confirmed.. during Khushi & La discussion.. when she said sub kuch jo shadi-shudda karte hai?? (everything that married couples do) & if I remember correctly her mouth is full of food & she starts hiccuping.. ASR enters.. and she gives him a very drity look... though I am not sure about the exact sequence...

BTW, that is why I was so disappointed by Sheetal track.. I was one of the rare forum wasi.. who actually wanted Sheetal to be Arav's mom & Arnav to be his dad.. & have Khushi as Step-parent.. the whole track fizzling out as Sheetal the bad guy.. just sorely disappointed me... but by then the whole forum/channel/PH was completely engulfed with controversy...
