Made For Each Other

I have always kind of liked Tejas and Roshni as a couple. Somewhere they seemed to have a connection with one and another that translated into a mutual understanding and affection. Although on Roshni’s side you could argue it was a matter of survival rather than actual love.

Seeing them turn on one another in the recent episodes underlined how hallow their relationship actually is. It didn’t take much. An exposure of a joint fraud and betrayal of the family was all it took to unravel them. Like the rats they are - they abandoned ship at the first sigh of water.

Tejas is a coward through and through. He has a simple mind and no stomach for actual hard work. Or in fact any work whatsoever. Roshni’s cowardice is one that allows her to believe that instead of having faith in her own skills to provide for her young son and elderly mother, she needs to marry any half baked prospect to get ahead. Her line about knowing she was better than Sailee and Riya matched Tejas’s fantasy claims that he was a big business man. Utterly delusional and laughable! Roshni needs lies and betrayal to keep afloat. At least Sailee and Riya earn their bread through hard work and skilled graft.

Roshni and Tejas are a match made in fraud hell. Both incapable and lousy. They are followed by Renu and Paresh in pathetic behaviour and inability to take any accountability for their failures. Renu is a terrible mother and as deluded as clown Tejas. However, Paresh pointing the finger at her constantly and not looking at himself for being a pathetic father is risable.
