Amma says pure ghee is necessary for the havan. So khushi wishes to go to get the ghee from their house. As it's late, bua forbids her to go. NK wants to accompany her. So all agrees. But Mr. sexy Raizada gets sullen to see it. Remnant of his earlier anger is still simmering in his eyes, Khushi even can't ignore it. After all he sure does faraq to her. He even can't admonish her in front of the family members. But he got disgruntled for sure. Anjali and nani provoke his jealousy by saying that it's good that they went together.
The pooja is going on and Shyam is conflagrating that his sham didn't work. Where Arnav is perturbing for Khushi; he is calling at her cell incessantly. But Khushi forgot her phone and it was laid beside Anjali. So Anjali got the phone and comes to Arnav and asks him why he is calling Khushi's number again and again? He is agitated, why NK and Khushi didn't come yet. Anjali tells him they just gone for an hour, it will take time. Arnav tries NK's number now, but he is not answering too. He gets frantic. He murmurs in a voice laden with contempt, why they had to go? But he controls his anger and twists his words that they will delay the havan. He can't wait but wants to go and check in person. Anjali is sure that there is something going on between them.
The pooja is completed and Payal and Akash take the blessings of the elders and the pandit. Nani tells Anjali to sit for havan now. Shyam gets happy to hear that. He is thinking that there is still chance to get Anjali in fire. But he doesn't know that no human can do anything if God doesn't wish it. When he goes in front of Anjali to make her sit for the havan the oil spills on her saree from the bowl. Nani tells her it's fine the oil didn't drop on the ground, so it's not portentous. Shyam also assents it. Nani tells her to change her saree. But shyam says then the auspicious time will be over. nani refutes vehemently, cause Anjali can catch fire with the oil. The pandit also says that there is still time, so she should change her cloth. They should be careful. Shyam's anger is pulsating more. Again God saved Anjali from his malevolence.
Arnav is fluttering in the street with his car, rummaging Khushi all over the place. He calls RM to know whether Khushi came back or not. But she didn't reach yet. He sees a barricade on the road. A guy tells him that a girl met an accident 10 minutes ago. A frisson of anxiety runs towards his mind. Then his look goes on the broken bangles on the street. He remembers that Khushi was wearing the same bangle. Hmm so Raizada watches Khushi so keenly! He gets down from the car and picks the broken pieces of bangles. He also sees blood on the road. He gets scared in anticipation. His spirit is sinking now. He again asks the guy, who met the accident. The guy says that a girl and he was accompanied by a guy. The police towed the car and took the girl to the hospital. Arnav sees the ambulance right then. He runs after the ambulane, but trips on a sandal, which is Khushi's. He utters "khushi" he runs after the ambulance screaming Khushi. but poor guy can't race with the machine. The crescendo of his holler doesn't reach the ear of the ambulance driver. He stands back, aghast, starts to convulse holding her broken bangles. It seems to him that the whole world has riven asunder. He gets forlorn as if something very special has been bereaved from him.
Mami shows her asperity to Payal once again. When Payal was coughing badly, nani asks mami to get water for her. mami reluctantly goes to the kitchen to get water. She is imagining that Payal is rebuking her and ordering her to get cold water, hot tea etc. and she is cowering in fear like a servant. Payal is dictating her in hello hi bye bye tone and she is tremulous in fear. Mami gets frightened in premonition. She thinks if she serves her from now, one day she will dominate her. mami's thinking is ridiculous.
Mami got water for Payal for sure, but doesn't forget to pierce her heart with afflictive words. She is annoyed that she had to serve her DIL, where usually a DIL serves a MIL. She says,
Kalyug hi hi, sattyayug bye bye.
Nani chides her and takes her with her. Nani is such a sensible woman. I wonder being with her for so long how Mami couldn't learn anything from her. But payal feels scorching pain in her heart. She cringes inwardly.
Akash comes to Payal and tries to assuage her. He requests her to give his mom some times. Though Payal was terribly hurt, but she tries to hide her anguish behind her smile.
It's not a matter. I'm alright now. She didn't try to break the marriage after knowing the truth from you. She accepted me after knowing my broken alliance. What can be greater than this! It means she looks strict from outside, but she actually is very good from inside. So why to worry for trivial matter.
Akash embroils to hear this. Cause he didn't tell anybody about Payal's past.

Akash is cogitating, pacing back in forth in anxiety. Anjali wants to know what is the matter.
Three guys comes to RM for the flower decoration of the marriage. They are the famous flower decorator from Lucknow. Nani is very pernickety about her grandson's wedding, she wants everything the best. She introduces Payal, amma and bua with them. One of the guy recognizes Payal and tells that she is Shashi Gupta's daughter and they decorated her wedding venue. The other guy retorts him that the wedding didn't take place and the barat backed off. Mami who just got down from upstairs gets flummoxed to hear this, and so as the rest of the family. Mama anticipates the upcoming storm. So he deftly handles the situation. He tells them that they rely on them and they can come tomorrow afternoon to do the decoration. The plate of flowers falls down from mami's hand in bafflement.

Akash finally tells Anjali the truth. She is dumbfounded to hear the news. Akash is repenting now that he should tell it to his mother earlier, now Payal is upset. Anjali can understand Payal's cogitation very well. Cause she also had to go through the same phase.
Aur kisiki barat agar darwajesei wapas laut jai, to woh ghao zindegai bhar itni asani se nahi bharta.

She can understand why Akash didn't tell mami the truth. She is already very upset with the alliance. anjali knows how impervious mami is. If she would know about Payal's broken alliance she wouldn't agree for the marriage and Payal and Akash's hearts would be broken for sure. But Akash is repenting that he should tell it to mami. He is now realizing that no relationship can build in the basis of lie. He decides to tell this to his mom right now. But he is not aware that his mom is already having a fracas downstairs.

Mami barges at Payal like a spurt. Bua tries to tell her that they already let them know. But mami is not listening to anybody; she blasphemes them to hide the truth. Her rancor makes the gupta family despondent. She is so frantic that she got to know it accidentally before the day of the wedding. No wonder why Akash was repugnant to tell the truth to his immature mom.
In the dark street Arnav is panting, gasping and convulsing for Khushi. he is in a impasse.. The repercussion takes him to the events when he humiliated Khushi, told her loud and clear that, she doesn't even exist for him. his contrition is now gnawing at his heart. He closes his eyes momentarily as a sharp dart of pain runs through his heart he clutches his fist so vehemently that the piece of Khushi's bangle pierces his palm, makes him bleed. And his tumultuous heart bleeds inwardly.
