Conman of the past- Chacha

Here goes the story gist.

Kushi was born into a wealthy family. Her father was a business associate of Mr.Malik.

Kushi's Mausi got engaged to a nice humanbeing who died due to some corruption/mishap by the Malik family. The Malik's wanted to hide this so went with a rishta for Garima. Garima's jeejaji, ie Kushi's father found out the real intention and opposed this. The Maliks decided to kill her parents. They succeeded in killing the mother, but the father is somewhere - not mentally/physically fit. 8 year old kushi gets a glimpse of thisa and is very scared - The Malik family threatens Garima to run away with Kushi so that her jijaji could live. Garima gets married to Shashi to change Kushi's surname and give her another identity.

No wat i meant was, Shyam's sis has lost the rights to seek justice if she was all behind Shyam's planning. Tit for tat is never a means of seeking justice. I remeber Doods saying that she was a kudhaari women and a women of that kind will never take this as a route to seek justice.
