why do i never see these things untill they're days old? urgh -__-
anyway, i completely agree with this thread, his style of wooing is degrading and demeaning. the show itself does suck compared to how it used to be earlier. the intensity and chemistry between arnav and khushi is missing, and often looks forced. the CV's should write better scripts for arnav and khushi, because both of them need to have been changed and visibly affected by recent events. i'm not going to even start with arnav, but khushi's being irritating too, not because of how she's being now, but just because the dots of her character development are just not connecting that well. but arnav is way, way worse. i expected something like the passion that we saw in his eyes the night he found out about khushi and shyam but instead we got an irrational hallucination and an upset face with flashbacks that lasted for about five seconds and a sorry for hitting khushi in the head which everybody was determined to find double meanings in.
there's just so much more. but the saddest part is that they've ruined the sizzling chemistry with poor scripts. i've said it before and i'm saying it now - other shows are not this inconsistent with plot lines and character sketches despite shooting everyday, so why should ipkknd be an exception?
i could go on forever, no joke.

why can't they just talk, yaar? like normal people? just talk? sort through their problems, cry, shout, slap, scream, forgive, love, sex, whatever. just talk. TALK. and talk about EVERYthing. we have gone through a looong talkk when natik and akshara confessed everything during their first holi. i remember my mum saying that they had been talking for three episodes but at least everything's out in the open, intentions and all. i'm not fond of that show but i do like the fact that they TALKED.

just talk. no more secrets.

*sigh*

but on a lighter note, the show could at least try convincing daljeet that it's not okay if she wants to act the part of a six month old pregnant woman with a flat belly - and if it isnt daljeet who has problems with pregnancy pads, then the show should just GET SOME DAMN PREGNANCY PADS!
AND CUT OFF BARUN'S HAIR!
AND BRING BACK BARUN'S BABY BLUE SHIRT!

First of all, no one is asking him to become a devdas here. People don't wanna see him as devdas but they love to see him acting as an asshole. Simple sorry and giving his "wife" her due respect isn't going to make him a devdas. So drop this devdas comment already!

well said dear...dis is somethng i hv not been able to accept...ok...its gud to see khushi being chirpy once again...but wheres teh regret &redemption??khushi walked out of the house,he knows dat the contract is gtng over...still he doesnt show any signs of regretting for all that he has done...strange??& he says he loves her...really??wat kind of a love is dis??...manipulating &creating situations in such a manner dat she would come back begging for help??...taking advantage of his money power to win her back...blackmailing her...dis is his idea of wooing his lady love??...he knows dat khsuhi loves him...but that certainly doesnt mean dat he can take it for granted taht she has forgiven him&doesnt deserve an apology...yes..he did say sry but im still expecting more...love is fine but not everythng can be excused in the name of love...&wats with all these lovey-dovey moments???i agree the rabba ve moments r gud to watch but dis forced physical proximity doesnt make sense...

when i see this post, it reminds me of the last scene in Mahesh Bhatt's Arth, though the circumstances and the mistakes are totally different in this show and the movie arth, but when Kulbushan Kharbanda after leaving the psycho Smita patil who was the second lady in his life and comes back to his wife shabana azmi and ask for her forgiveness, she just ask one question to him? Agar yehi galti main ne ki hoti, tho kya tum mujhe maaf karte?? For that he replies "NO" and so as she says that even she cannot. That is the self respect.

I dont want an ending like this, but it is my wish that Khushi should ask this question at least to Arnav that what if the same mistake she would have done and misunderstood him for whatever reasons, and have insulted in her own way and come back one day ask for his forgiveness, will he forgive her??? That would be really a great elevation in terms of Khushi's character.
