so finally the new IPK week has started... the week we waited for with baited breath! And if the first episode is anything to go by then we are in the right track... Arnav finally out of the kidduland... 🥳
A Blockbuster episode... amazing action sequences, amazing background score and amazing expressions from BS, Abhaas and SI... a totally engaging episode!! 👏
the start was terrific with Khushi putting Shyam in his place and making things clear for him and removing any misconception he has of her love for him!! ' Abhaas was brilliant in portraying the hurt, the anger, the frustration he went through with each revelation of Khushi!
"Hum unse beintaha pyaar karte hain... aur zaroorat pade to hum aur bhi gir sakte hain Arnavji ke liye!!! ... oh when will Arnav hear this? the depth and extent of Khushi's love for him!
but then we get the scene where Arnav hears Khushi yelp in pain and we have the "look" ... BS was brilliant in showing the sukoon he got from seeing Khushi there...
...jaise veeraane mein chupke se bahaar aa jaaye...jaise sehraaon mein hauley se chale baad-e-nasiim...jaise biimaar ko bevajeh qaraar aa jaaye...
then we were on the chase and fight of the season...so much so that my husband and my 4 year old watched it with their mouth open and glued to their spot!!...
... ah was ASR looking cool driving the jeep... suited him 😳 zulf uddte hue, the white turned brown ganji, the biceps... wah wah!!
The part where Khushi was lying on the road... all gagged up and tied... helpless... my heart went out to her... is it not the situation she has landed herself into... where even when she wanted to speak out she was unable to ... but not to worry cause her saviour is there... he will always save her at the nick of time... btw. amazingly shot sequence of the tyres skidding, arnav trying his best to swerve the jeep out of Khushi's way and finally able to do so...
What followed was more dhishum-dhishum that finally culminating in Khushi being pushed behind by Lallan mian... only to lose her balance and fall into the valley below (😉) ... and everything friezes with that one shout of Khushi's ... "Arnavjiii "... and everything comes back to Arnav.. all the umpteen times that he has saved her from any harm... and this time it was just too late... the FB's coupled with the background score was beautiful... and then Arnav's desperation in looking for her...
... and today we will witness the mohabbat finally... sigh!!
