Not feeling it today - sigh, will see what I make of it when I tune in at 8!

So...finally caught up with tonight's episode! 😊

Originally posted by: Nia.D

The meeting of two lovers that we were all waiting for finally arrived!! The current state of the forum is enough proof of just how much we were looking forward to this moment, probably more than Khushi-Arnav themselves 😆

"Iss pyaar main sahi aur galat ka koi matlab nahin" - was written all over Arnav's face as he saw Khushi, not as a mirage this time, but for real! The love in their eyes, tears and touch is all that was needed to establish the invisible bond between them. A bond where there was no misunderstandings, no guilt, no anger, no pain, no hurt, no agony and no ego, only love emblazoned in their bond.

"Humne aapko dhoond liya"
says Khushi... Arnav nods in response and agrees with gladness in his voice, "Haan tumne mujhe dhoond liya!" He was a lonely soul all his life, and the past week drove the loneliness further - memories of him hurting Khushi deepened the impact of anger he felt with himself. But now here she was, in front of him, she had come to find him, she was only worried about him, each of her tears had his name in them, she had accepted him in her life and he knew it.

When it comes to IPKKND, I just lose all sense of logic in emotional scenes, after all, when has love ever been logical? If you view a love scene with prejudice, background knowledge, and scepticism you may just fail to absorb the magic of the scene! As far as I know, it's best to leave your brains behind when there's a love scene enacted. Trust me, the first time I view the episode I view it for pure entertainment - my brains are nowhere in sight, the second time is to decode/analyze the episode... and there's a sizable difference in my outlook after both times. It's up to you how you would like to watch the show.

😆 Phew - after watching the episode, hogayi dil ko thandak!! Well, if this is the direction they're hell bent on taking, then I'm all on board, unless of course they find another way to screw up again!

I was extremely nervous whilst watching this episode as I wasn't sure what to expect - and I hear what some of you are saying; And I completely agree from a story telling point of view - That is to say, no matter how much I love the Arhi couple, I won't be left completely satisfied until they toil towards reconciling past grievances which we as viewers also had to suffer through their prolonged MU phase - in my opinion, it's still far from being given closure, unless of course the CVs have completely ditched this angle, which really doesn't make any sense. Yes, they might decide to work their way back words, where realisations of past mistakes are captured in fragments, and various shared moments - but so be it. It's better than nothing in my opinion.

BUT, and that's a BIG BUT - (I completely agree with you Nia), if one were to watch this episode for what it is, and that is a shared moment between a couple who have spent days apart, isolated, and trodden with guilt, left with nothing but feelings of loneliness and despair, then the intensity of this moment was captured beautifully. I thought their chemistry during this scene was undeniable. Suppressed feelings of relief, love and affection were all evident in that moment, and were captured without the pressures of the MU. (Personal monologues, more so from Arnav's end, would have worked wonders here!)

And you're absolutely right Tanthya - it was a very mature handling of their love, showing their undeniable affection for one another. The moment they saw each other through the gridded window, was brilliantly executed, the impact was sudden - but it worked I felt. Just like the emotions that came pouring out, there was no questions asked, no confusion as to each others presence, but complete acceptance of each others feelings - basking in their longing for one another.

The dialogue, though in some ways forced, I felt worked, as it was kept very much in line with the characters. So that I can overlook; and again, I think it's Sarun's acting that allows me to overlook certain faults, because they can pull off shared passion like no other! Their sincerity is just so believable, regardless of what they have had to suffer during the MU track. Though it would have been nice to see a continuation of the ASR attitude which left many hearts racing at the end of the previous episode, it was good to see this passionate side of Arnav as well; His concern for Khushi and her safety was heart warming. And I just loved how he revised his tone of voice when talking to her, clearly not wanting to hurt her feelings or push her away. It reminded me of the time when he assured Khushi that he would talk to maami about Akaash and Payal - even then, he tried ever so hard to keep his anger under control. Hats off to Barun for being able to portray these consistent changes in Arnav's character - Superb acting!

I also loved how over protective he was - a nice touch of humour there coming from Khushi. She had clearly missed his haughty ASR attitude and the raised voice that comes with it, along with the rest of us viewers - nice way of welcoming him back onto the show! 😆

Initially, I had many questions surrounding reasoning and logic, which prevented me from enjoying their shared moment. In fact, the scene when they first saw each other and had their rabba ve moment, I was annoyed that his initial reaction wasn't "what the hell are you doing here/how did you find me etc (along those lines); And when he did eventually get round to asking those questions, I was compelled to roll my eyes at the seemingly delayed reaction - lol it was as if the CVs had a light bulb moment and thought shoot - Arnav should be asking how on earth she found out about his whereabouts and kidnapping when he clearly told her he was safe and out the country! But when I watched it a second time, I was able to appreciate their spur of the moment reactions a lot more. And it made me think, that perhaps the best way to move the track forward is by working back words. Maybe they'll consider giving us redemption, regret and personal reflection over a stretch of shared moments, rather than dealing with it in one go. But for the moment, it seems their nafrat has taken a backseat, and their love has brought them back together - so let's just enjoy the show and see where it takes us!

Personally, I think the only way I was able to fully appreciate this episode, is by resigning myself to the fact that they have most definitely moved on to the next phase in their relationship; even though it seems as if there is still a gap in their relationship - somewhere between the time when their love was still growing and the start of the MU - but oh well. But equally, I think had it not been for Sarun's acting then I would not have been able to deal with the way in which their relationship had evolved, as the transition itself was far from smooth! Alas, what's done is done. But now I find myself looking forward to this new stage of their relationship, where the lines between nafrat and mohabbat are once again left blurred, until the a new revelation comes to light. I can't wait to see what happens once they return home and take their positions on the battlefield once again! Should be an interesting track!

Plus, seeing how they messed up, I think this was a good way of brining it back, especially since declarations of love have already been made and what not. In fact the ending left me with much hope that Khushi will continue using more of that dimaag and will perhaps ask the right questions with regards to his ILU over the phone - which will pave the way for clearing what's left of the misunderstanding! It seems a lot of people predicted correctly when they stated that Arnav's declaration will alert Khushi of his troubled condition, and not necessarily his true feelings!

Kudos to all those who continue to WOW me with their delightful insights! 😊

"So go, girl. We should have been one person all along, not two."
-Dorothy Baker, Cassandra at the Wedding

Slam Dunk Episode

First things First.. Sequence is important... Or else we will lose perception..I saw today's episode in bits and pieces because of time constraint and concluded that it was not what I was looking for.. And was on and on with reduxians ranting and raving. After watching in the same sequence as exactly the director conceptualized I totally got it. One word Slam dunk

"To the world you may be just one person, but to one person you may be the world."

The pain the agony the two lovers had been through. And the moment they catch a glimpse of each other. What must be that feeling. It must be heavenly. Exactly how a thirsty traveler might feel in desert upon finding an oasis, A lost hiker in woods might feel when finding the path he was looking for, a crying baby might feel when his mother pampers him with kisses, a migrating bird might feel upon reaching the destination. How can mere words describe that feeling. It is something that has to be experienced. Its really hard to put in words about such episodes. If you have had a similar experience you can draw a leaf from your own life.

I recently heard a story about a husband and wife. They will decide to climb a mountain each of them starting from the base and from opposite end and to meet on the top of the mountain. Mid way through the ascent the man decides to give up because of the difficulty. Just when he will be thinking of descending a bird flew by chrips in his ears "Don't give up friend, your wife is eagerly waiting for you on the mountain top". Few hours later when the wife decides to call it quits, the bird chirps in her ears "Don't give up my friend you love is waiting for you on the mountain top". Step by step their love sustained and both reached the mountain top. They did conquer the love. For it was the mountain of love they were conquering. Likewise Arnav and Khushi will reach the mountain top. Their love has to undergo some more stress tests. They are not yet there. But they will be there eventually.

Sanaya was mind blowing today. You rock girl!!

Pointer:

1.Akash's cell..Payal missed call and 10:10

2.Khushi seeking permission to stay at Maika

3.Lakshmi(nagar)

4.Hum ne aap ko dhoond liya.. Haa Khushi tumne mujhe doond liya..

CVs: Waiting for a nice conversation between these two.

SN:Today all the FBs were about their physical proximity..😉

great post tants!

bummer that ur gonna be absent. k the original redux member cant quit. if u dont like it then write that.. hope u guys cont. to write.

man what an episode! dare i say it was worth the wait!

best thing today was the portrayal of arnav and khushi for me both were just bang on

arnav working to get out and get near khushi. trying to clam her down. trying to be in control,

khushi talking non stop, being emotional, scared, happy all at once was very khushi.

sarun expressions were spotless. arnav did look like he was looking at his dream .. his khushi. and khushi looked like a girl who found her way home.

if the hands were theirs as well it would have been even better.

the promo ... sorry to be a bummer .. but no consummation peelez. its nice that they are happy to see each other but they need to talk abt what happened a couple of days ago. dont give them amnesia cv's. khushi wanted to prove herself innocent and arnav was accusing her of being characterless.

I screamed. I screamed my lungs out after I saw today's episode and I am not joking when I say I squealed and rolled around on my bed with giddiness and giggles. I wasn't this happy in the longest of times.

The Episode:
It begins with Mami and Khushi. I absolutely adored them. Their bond is slowly cementing into one of love and care of the highest degree. Khushi tells Mami of her progress, or lack of it, as does Mami. They hit a dead end and as Khushi says, "Hum kabse ghum rahe hain." Khushi has been going round in a circle for the longest of times. She has been unable to break free of the vicious cycle of the extremes surrounding her and everyone else.

Mami asks for her whereabouts and upon finding out that she's near Laxmi Nagar, she tells Phatti Saree quite affectionately and with care to stay there, hoping Khushi would find some solace. But she realises that she is warming up to Khushi and hence the grudging mutter of "Phatti Saree." She has given a place to Khushi in her heart and quite willingly at this point. But she's stubborn and old habits die hard. Mami was just adorable.

The thing that stood out to me like neon yellow was the elimination of the Arnav rekha. That too by the man who established it: Arnav Singh Raizada. Yes, ASR and Arnav have unitedly decided to bring it down.

Khushi wakes up and Arnav is mostly conscious and fatigued. Suddenly, they feel the breeze. They are almost certain that they are near each other. They are engulfed by their memories, memories of yesterday, those beautiful moments that are carved onto their very souls.

They search for one another. They cannot find each other. Why? They are searching with their eyes, their minds. It is only when Khushi closes her eyes and lets her heart calls out to him, he turns and spots the small, wired opening that leads to her. A small opening high on the wall that is separating them.

Arnav realises that she is on the other side of the wall and he calls out to her. She locates him and flings herself onto the wall and moulds herself to it. Both are desperate to breach the wall but are unable to. How I wish I could hand them both a mallet of Tom and Jerry proportions!

She is just ecstatic to know that he is near her, while to is not satisfied with that. He wants to hold her, mould her to himself. He won't rest till he had her in his arms. He tries to breach the wall almost immediately. She simply revels in the feeling of being in his presence.
He guides her to him and shows her the opening. The one to his heart as well. They both simultaneously look for means to gaze into each other's eyes. Arnav finds a chair and almost leaps into it. He guides Khushi and can't help the constant chants of "Be careful! Dhayan se!" Khushi finds something (I'm not sure what) and pulls herself to Arnav by holding onto the wires.

Time stops. Everything else fades away. They gaze into eyes of their beloved after so long... So long... Smiles shine through and tears trickle down her cheeks in pure, unadulterated happiness and love, while his eyes hungrily take her in. She places her hand on the grills and seek his. He obliges, wanting to hold her, just hold her.

She says that she finally found him and he agrees in happiness. She finally found the Arnav and brought him out. He is happy that she went to great lengths for him. They simply hold hands and that alone makes them unbearably happy. She leans towards him, wanting to be as close as she possibly can and then admonished him for his actions. He tries to calm her down. He firmly reassures her that he is genuinely fine. How can he not be? He has found his wajood and that's all he needs.

He tells her that he is going to break the barrier and she tugs at his hand, not wanting to let go. She has seen him go away far too many times. She's scared. He smiles. I think, that smile was Barun's most beautiful smile to date, I really do.

Like reassuring a child, he asks her if she wants him with her. She bobs her head like a child. Then he gently explains that he has to break the binds to be with her. Seeing she hasn't calmed down, he places both his hands on her and promises, he is always there with her. He now needs to destroy the bonds. He smiles and his eyes twinkle.

She agrees reluctantly and tries to help him. It's now is turn to admonish her and he orders her to sit down as she would get hurt and berates for her to be careful. She complies and sits down. Then the lights go out, plunging her into darkness. Panicked she calls out to Arnav. He reassures her, promising her that her was hear and that he would protect her.

Suddenly, she feels a hand. Like heart-wrenchingly always, she thinks it's Arnav and gets a shock to discover that it's not. The dude threatens her with bodily harm and reminds her of the previous time he'd hit her.

After he leaves and Khushi jumps to Arnav. Arnav, or should I say ASR, is furious in every single sense of the word. He is angry and he scolds her for taking such a risk. He'd rather die than see her suffer. She smiles and he is even more infuriated. She teases him, "It's been so long since you scolded me." She chuckles and he smiles painfully, remembering when he'd been harsh with her. But she smiles at him, her face glowing in the dark.

They clasp hands, both hands. They smile at each other and try to break the barrier once again, though not before Arnav wants to know how she found about him being in danger.

My Analysis:
The breaking of the Arnav rekha is being undertaken by Arnav Singh Raizada at full speed. The boundary they both dare not cross consciously and mutually, was disregarded with a snap of a finger.

Khushi claws into it and lifts herself up to see him. She held out her hand, wanting to hold him. She is content with the boundary there. It doesn't matter, not very much that she can't reach him. His presence is enough. But he isn't satisfied. Not my a long shot. He is the one who wants to put it out the way and be with her. He reassures her: he is there with her. He wants to be with her every step of the way. He wants it, and that's that.

He knows that it has to be him that breaks the rekha, because he is the one who put it there in the first place. He refuses to let her help him. This is his battle and he will have to fight it alone. And she will wait patiently wait for him. She trusts him. But then darkness descends. He knows she's scared of the darkness and reassures her of his presence. He is trying to be with her as soon as he can.

But danger will befall her. She will be vulnerable and just when she will be on the edge of the cliff, Arnav will break through and save her, even if it means he has to kill for her. He will do so without batting an eyelid.

The other thing that stood out to me was Mami. I love her. She has accepted Khushi whole-heartedly. She cares for Khushi and wants her to be in peace. She feels for her and is comfortable in showing Khushi her weakness and her fears. She knows she can rely on Khushi and in turn be the shoulder on which Khushi can cry. Mami will defend Khushi and Arnav in the future and it will be beautiful to watch.

Issues I had:
I did not like Payal and Akash. Period. They are just way too stagnant and the guy was creepy. Just what we need, another stalker. But Payal looked beautiful. She was wearing the saree Khushi wore when she and Arnav told each other that they hated each other the first time. I think Sanaya looked better if I'm completely honest.

The wall was not concrete. I don't know what the material is but I know for a fact that it moved when Khushi clung to it and it moved with the wind on Arnav's side.

The kidnapper dude cannot talk. His speech is terrible and I liked it better when his mouth was shut. And is he trying to copy Abhaas with that pathetic smirk and the terrible dressing sense? I shall enjoy it very much, seeing him being beaten into a pulp. He had the gall to kidnap Arnav and not look after him properly. To make things worse, he hit Khushi and will try to assault her... IN FRONT OF ARNAV!! He has misplaced guts and I can't feel sorry for him even if I wanted to.

Kudos to EVERYONE for a truly poignant episode! Barun, Sanaya and Utkarsha were mind-blowing today! It's wonderful to have Barun and Sanaya sharing screen space again! I missed having them in the same scene as they did!

PS: Am looking forward to Monday as I'm sure there's something twisted about the so-called "Consummation" of Arnav and Khushi. But they both looked sizzling! Thank God I have half term next week and the whole week off of school! It will make life so much easier"

Thanks!
Nazifa Mussarrat

Thanks IPKKNDcrazy,Shreya, Appu for your comments on my post in the previous thread and everyone else who enjoyed reading it.😊

Love a strong emotion that builds and destroys with equal fortitude,
It creates passion ,ignites vengeance,
We can deny , ignore , but cannot erase it.

Arnav and Khushi's relationship has seen the seasons of hate, jealousy, mistrust and betrayal. Love kept on simmering beneath and erupted when ever it found fissures but the vents of this emotion were blocked with force every time. But an emotion so strong cannot be subdued forever. The volcano of suppressed affections erupts again in full splendor and the blaze of love clouds all other feelings and rationale.

"Akhir humne aapko dhund hi liya...haan dhund liya tumne."
Khushi tum chahati ho mein tumjhare pass aao..
Khushi mein tumhare pass hi hoon yehin pe..
mujhe yeh grill todni hogi taki mein us taraf aa sakoon."

The above lines a testament of the journey of unacknowledged love moving on the path of acknowledgement...
The mis has not been removed from the understanding... or has it? Upcoming times will test it. Till then there is love in paradise and the rainbow is colorful on the horizon.

I still miss the magnetic pull which the initial interactions of Arnav and Khushi created but optimism is a emotion that I never give up on easily.I am still around for the crossed love story to get back its stars.

Reserved a place thinking that I will update something in the morning. then I saw the promo and I completely went blank, I am yet to recover.Apologies for wasting a page 3 hot spot. Its just a rambling of my mind😉

A snapshot of my mind

After a long time thoroughly enjoyed a rabba vey!⭐️
The magic of arhi is beyond words. I am not even trying to describe it!

Khushi shedding tears of happiness, leaning on the wall, when she hears arnav's voice, aawww the moment sealed the deal for me yesterday! Finally the bottled up agony make its way to releif. The girl who was ready to move the mountains to bring back her Love.
* Reminded me of the story of savitri who bought back her husband from lord yama!

The smile on ASRs face⭐️, my first thought was who says MU is not cleared? Was it really an MU? Arhi, The underlying fact is they are bonded by heart and every other action proves that they never intend to let go the other. Why the hell would ASR tie the knot and bind her to him forever despite all the MU?😆. Thats it!

Shyam was never ever between them. Shyam never created the MU. Shyam can fight with ASR and delude him but when it comes to arhi, shyam does not even stand a chance. Divide and rule should be the matra for him!😉

Arhi just have to fight their own web of illusions or maya. The moment khushi told him the truth, I am sure Arnav beleived it. The terrace FB flash back was never repeated again. May be he was relectant to acknowledge the fact? The moment he turned back to return to khushi in airport, the MU lost its importance in Arnav's mind. Isn't it?

The way Arnav treats khushi and acknowledges her concern for him yesterday, was truly magical. Loved Loved it. (BS&SI what to say...As a viewer I am blessed you to have both of you in IPK👏). Why does he need a visual prrof again to beleive in khushi?. What a love story it would be, if arnav is convinced of khushi's innocense without any interference of an external party! It is khushi's battle to win arnav's heart all alone and she is doing it brilliantly. Hope She will win back her love without the help of devil's tongue to attest her geniuity.

Arhi's first MU, Lucknow fashion show MU. It was cleared by payal after about 6 months and by that time khushi has already won his heart. The Lucknow MU clearance was just a ritual to be completed. isn't it? Trust should be built within, I think ASR already trusts khushi and the visual proof of Shyam-khushi relationship is just gonna be a ritual.

"Khushi tum light ho, aage jao" - Mamiji

Let khushi be the light who guides arnav home.

Thanks for opening the Redux, Sathya ...🤗
your post is beautiful ... 😍
Like always its a treat to the mind and soul stirring ...😍

I'm scared for Khushi and Arnav's happiness like never before ...
Although I'm jumping with joy... why am I getting a feel of some impending doom ???
OMG I'm going to go mad 😕... part of me is over excited 🥳
and the other half of my cerebral cortex is remembering all the incomplete confessions and kisses and warning me that this may not progress like my dream fairy tale 😒... am I being too pessimistic ???🤔😔
