The meeting of two lovers that we were all waiting for finally arrived!! The current state of the forum is enough proof of just how much we were looking forward to this moment, probably more than Khushi-Arnav themselves 😆

Needless to say, with me into high happiness drive, I'm just not in a mood for analysis, anyway there wasn't much to 'analyze' and it only spoils to 'analyze' an emotional scene. 😊

Where to start, what to say.. I have no idea... just seeing them together melts my heart! Two lonely hearts, two orphaned children, two people poles apart with the beautiful string of love that binds them. They meet, they fight, they part, they meet again, they draw swords, they make up, they drift away, they come back again, they pull each others hairs, they remain confused, they part again... and meet again... they lose each other and then find each other again every single time. Their labyrinthine love connects them through an infinite string of dreams, hopes, passion, desire, needs, longing, comfort, safety, and love.

They may get lost in that powerful maze of love, they may lose sight out of each other at alternate curves, they may reach dead ends in their relationship, they may face darkness, and they may take time to find the right way through the maze, but the string of love will keep guiding them toward each other, the string of hope will keep propelling them forward, the thread of need will help them be by each others sides, and their strong love will keep them united.

Love will keep us alive... did you see the way their weakened, tired, broken souls immediately sprang into life the moment they sensed each other? The gleam of hope in their eyes, the hands reaching out to the wall barring them, the impatient action of trying to see each other, calling out to one another, satisfied only when their eyes met and their fingertips touched!

"Iss pyaar main sahi aur galat ka koi matlab nahin" - was written all over Arnav's face as he saw Khushi, not as a mirage this time, but for real! The love in their eyes, tears and touch is all that was needed to establish the invisible bond between them. A bond where there was no misunderstandings, no guilt, no anger, no pain, no hurt, no agony and no ego, only love emblazoned in their bond.

The precious moments of their innocent bond flashes across, reminding them that love is pure, it is not selfish, it doesn't harbour jealousy and is not vain. The moments of care, the times of unshackled desire, the small details that brought them together - all delicately woven to create a beautiful tapestry of their winding, rocky, breath-taking, yet infinite journey of love so far.

Their love directs their minutest actions, their hearts reach out to one another in that dark, gloomy place. The mesh and wall blocks them from each other, and Arnav almost attempts to break down the wall at first - a la Hulk mode 😆 Also thought of the breaking of the Berlin Wall.. but enough of that, back to our lovely couple that we sigh over... The net is not obstacle enough as their fingers find each other through it... acceptance of their love, for the first time! even though they haven't properly admitted it yet to one another.

Isn't it strange how a small gesture can carry so much meaning? Just clasping the edges of the fingers, Khushi reaching out to him first, and Arnav sliding his fingers in the gaps of hers where they fit, both united, both souls finding one another, holding on to one another, accepting each other and being one!

"Humne aapko dhoond liya" says Khushi... Arnav nods in response and agrees with gladness in his voice, "Haan tumne mujhe dhoond liya!" He was a lonely soul all his life, and the past week drove the loneliness further - memories of him hurting Khushi deepened the impact of anger he felt with himself. But now here she was, in front of him, she had come to find him, she was only worried about him, each of her tears had his name in them, she had accepted him in her life and he knew it. They take in each other, the love between them tangible, the relief of seeing each other displayed in their eyes, the desire to be on the same side beside one another exhibits itself.

Khushi is unwilling to let go of Arnav's hand... she has lost him too many times, and now that she has witnessed his acceptance of her she is scared to lose him again. Takes me right back to the terace-suicide scene - where Arnav is unwilling to let go off Khushi after he saves her from committing suicide. Equals at every stage! 😊

Arnav gently explains to her that in order for him to come to her side, he needs to break open the net and climb through. Khushi tries to help him, but Arnav tells her that he will do it on his own. Please excuse me as I side-step into symbolism here: The net is clearly the factors restraining ASR/Arnav from completely giving himself to Khushi. Khushi can only try, and come close to him, but the barricades between them have been self-imposed by ASR himself. It is Arnav alone who can take the initiative to keep listening to his heart, to follow his heart, to believe his heart and to break down the criss-crossing lines of ego, practicality, and false-hood rooted in his mind to give himself over to his heart and join his true soul-mate Khushi.

Khushi climbs down from the stool carefully on Arnav's love-driven orders and waits for him to join her. The kidnapper brings her food and reminds her of the hit he gave her that brought her to Arnavji. Once he leaves, Arnav in all anger demands to know how she came there, did that man hurt her? what if something had happened to her, who told her to come here, but his anger only serves to amuse her, further infuriating him as he demands to know the reason behind her finding his outburst funny.

There was a time when Khushi failed to recognize the very reason behind this anger of his. There was a time when Arnav's frustration only goaded her to irritate him out of his depths. But now, in an inexplicable way known only to lovers, she recognizes and understands the love that is hidden behind his outburst (this could be in an unconscious way because she didn't exactly say this aloud), her next words "Itne dino baad aapka daant suna" says a lot about the previous line. It hasn't surfaced to her mind yet, but her heart knows that it is care, concern, and love behind his anger. Shaitan and Rajkumar are one for her now - she loves this man as he is, every flaw, every goodness, her love for him wraps itself around him, accepting him whole-heartedly.

Arnav too gets a glimpse of Khushi's care for him when she scolds him for lying about being fine. He can lie to anyone else, even his Di, and not get caught, but how can one expect one's own twin soul to believe the lie? A good lashing he gets from his spirited woman, who is not prepared to listen to his feeble attempts at reassuring her about his well-being. But a touch from him, a firm yet gentle assurance from him finally quietens her down. The only reason he didn't blow his top off was because as much as Khushi missed his 'daant' he too missed the caring, loving 'daant' of this lively monkey. Somewhere in his sub-conscious too, he knows that her tirade is just a manifestation of the limitless love she has for him. Her concern, her worries, her anguish over him missing for seven days has pushed her over and it is nothing else than genuine innocent love for him that let an out-pour of words after the out-pour of her tears for him 😆

The light flickers out on Khushi's side, and she immediately calls out to Arnav who at once reassures her that he's with her. She climbs up and joins to help him with a rope to break the net. Arnav is aware that Khushi is afraid of the dark, the moment she calls out to him, he calms her down, gives her the much needed solace through his voice. But that isn't enough for delicate yet strong Khushi, her real source of light is him, and he is there for here even when the rest of the lights in her life may fade out - the beacon of light will be shed by him on her, drawing her to him, driving her closer to his care, security and protectiveness when she is left alone in the dark.

"Khushi tumhe kaise pata chala ki main mushkil mein hoon?" - A question that leaves Khushi stumped for now, will have to see if the kidnapper interrupts this moment tomorrow.

All pretenses, all false notions, inhibitions, pain, and doubts were not given the luxury of coming in even once between Khushi-Arnav. A scene to treasure, where Arnav responds genuinely to the voice of love. The forever chirpy-but-now-dejected bird had to just chirp his name 'Arnavji' which carried it across and tapped his heart beckoning him to follow his name voiced out plaintively. The touch of his fingers, the look of love in his eyes, the voice of care and concern touched her soul and echoed his love in every chamber of her heart.

Their Hearts Ruled, their hearts joined, their hearts were One!

When it comes to IPKKND, I just lose all sense of logic in emotional scenes, after all, when has love ever been logical? If you view a love scene with prejudice, background knowledge, and scepticism you may just fail to absorb the magic of the scene! As far as I know, it's best to leave your brains behind when there's a love scene enacted. Trust me, the first time I view the episode I view it for pure entertainment - my brains are nowhere in sight, the second time is to decode/analyze the episode... and there's a sizable difference in my outlook after both times. It's up to you how you would like to watch the show.

Sorry to butt in but excellent thread. I'm a silent reader and always look fwd to reading everyone's analysis. I can't believe how much time you take to analyse the epi. It shows your love for the serial. I'm sure even CV's don't spend that much time writing it.

One question I'm sure you all must have seen the new promo that's driving everyone bonkers. What do you guys think of it? Too soon? Much needed? Pls enlighten us.
