Unlike most people here, I agree with most of what Mr. Hegde has to say. On an average day, how many times are we quick to blame the CV's for anything that is wrong on the show? Cut them some slack guys. It's impossible for each scene to be absolutely perfect when you're working 7 days a week. Anyone here who has a job is I'm sure aware that there are times when we find it hard to give 100%, times we feel uninspired, slightly out of our depth but for most of the time we give it our all right? Let me just say that I love the show. Sure, I don't analyse certain scenes as much as some people do, look for bloopers or deep symbolism but I love it nonetheless.

When your main lead actor can only come on the sets for a very limited time, then you are left with limited options and I don't think the CV's or the writers have done a bad job with this track at all. Also, I don't think we should be so critical about the Satyamev Jayate reference that Gautam Hegde has made. Guys, this is supposed to be a show that entertains. If we really want to discuss in detail what goes on a show and what action to take, then that should be a show like SJ. I don't think we should take that comment in a negative way at all. The point is, there's no harm in loving a show like IPK but using that love and passion for a show like SJ could make so much difference in our country.

This show continues to be the only show that I watch because it's a show that shows Indians to be progressive, not regressive. That to me, is the main appeal of the show and obviously, they have two BRILLIANT actors with amazing chemistry and a fantastic supporting cast too. I do not enjoy watching a show where a woman is supposed to starve because her husband is not home yet and she cannot eat before him. (reference here is a scene from Navya that I was unfortunate to watch while flicking channels today) So yeah, the TRP's are down but I still applaud the efforts of the ENTIRE team! Sure, every episode is not great and there are many W*F moments but the entire cast, even those that work behind the scenes do deserve a round of applause! As the audience, it's easy to forget that so hats off to everyone who makes this show work! Looking forward to seeing what the entire team comes up with next! :)
