Mr, Hegde, time for some reality-check. People who did not appreciate the story, the show, the actor or the directors have already stopped watching this show long time back. You can cross-check through your falling TRP's. Its 'us' the loyal fans, who care about the show and want the show to come on top in the TRP race, who care to pen things that need an urgent change. And what do we get in response - "Watch Satyamev Jayate" ???</font>

<font size="3">Don't take us for granted. As a customer, you can't tell us to not complain, if your product / output is bad. We stood by the streched OTT track, the longest MU in the history-ever track, the bubbly track, the big loopholes in the story time-and-again like the mystery of Arnav's parents, the reason behind Arnav's angst, the reason for Anjali's limp, sudden disappearance of NK from the show and soo many more that I feel futile to mention now. We stood by all that and still switch-on Star Plus every evening at 8 in the hope of better entertainment. And we end-up feeling disappointed by a lack-lustre romance sequence. Please don't question our intelligence again and again by feeding us bits of Arnav's telephonic confession or an erupting-out-of-nowhere dream sequence. We do get your last-minute desparations to pull TRPs. We watch through all of this.

No appreciation for that. I have lost all interest in this show now. As a customer, i don't feel like buying this product any longer...

We too get to hear the cruel and unkind words if we fail to deliver! Often with disastrous consequences like we even lose our jobs! U have a very cushioned job if we do dare to compare!

Now coming back to "you serial being ur baby, ur anna daata" let me ask you a question: who is responsible for ur child if he/ she is not doing well? you or ur neighbors? I can't blame my neighbors or any 3rd party if my baby/ child is not doing well. If he is ill mannered or if he is not doing well in studies. I am the one who has laid the foundation. So i will always be responsible you can not take a step motherly attitude and blame the 3rd party for ur child's misdemeanors! I am sure if ur child misbehaves in school, the principal wud call u up, his parents rather than the aayah or the neighbors or ur boss! Your boss is not responsible for ur child's misdemeanor! You had to stay up all night work 24x7 under pressure fine but at the end of the day that's not an excuse for ignoring ur child. And please please remember you are not the only one here! Everybody has the same problems as you do infact few of us have some more! So stop justifying your failure!

I really dont want to compare but if we really must lets take DABH for an example. How come DABH week after week continues to be the No1 show not only on Sp but of all the serials in the channels? Don't give me the ridiculous excuse of IPL! If ur product is good ppl wud make an effort to watch it no matter what! And I certainly don't believe in the excuse that DABH is a saas bahu type serial! Well hello! There are thousands of saas bahu type serials on air. How come only DABH maintains the No1 position is pite of all the competition that too at a prime time slot! That is because there is a concrete storyline in DABH! There are no inconsistencies in the characterisation of the characters! If they do act irrationally an explanation is always provided. Also they don't jump frm one subplot to another. They always reolve the issues b4 taking up a new one. But I am very sorry to say IPKKND in its experiments never ties the loose ends! Leaving its audience frustrated confused and unsatisfied! Dabh shows wat the audience needs. They concentrate on the main story of the lead characters! I am sure IPKKND isnt the only serial facing the probles as cited by u like avialability of dates, weather problems etc! Everybody does even ppl outside ur industry! We too fall sick. We too cant make it to the office if we have urgent affairs to look into. You can't make the same excuse everyday, sir! We audience are no fools here! So pls stop treating us as one!

You have given life to ASR and KKGSR and other characters! You are responsible for how they behave or react in the show! If you show them as dimwits who lack even Common sense why blame the audience for the bashing you have invited urself! The audience's wrath was self invited! Just like we are responsible and answerable to our consumers for our products , so are u! Shrugging off the responsibility or calling the audience fanatics is no answer at all! </font><font color="#0000CC">
