Hi everyone, I am Sneha.

So, my mom watches ishqbaaz and yesterday as I was sitting with her, I managed to watch it too.

Of course I remember watching it for some 2 months or so, long back.

Annika's "michmichi" was pleasant to watch on eyes. But then my brother's exams were going on and so mom cut out TV from our room.

Anyways, So I managed to watch it yesterday. Was pretty suprised to see some new actress, instead of annika.

So this mannat was trying to tell something to shivaay but she was being blackmailed by Varun.

Interesting storyline but since I don't watch this show, I had no idea what's going on

A little Google search on it, and I found out the girl's name is Niti Taylor and she is enacting role of Annika's DIL.

So please don't bash me for this, as everyone has their own opinion .But I think, this actress just can't act.

I mean I have seen many actors who aren't good at acting but She is the worst of all

Pretty teenage next door face, but acting = 0

Of course she is pretty. And as I said I have just watched one epi and I am no one to judge. But this is my opinion that the girl cannot act

Just for your information. After Annika, played by SC, exit in mid December this is the replaced female lead in leap, first one was thrown out by Gul (producer) in one month because she was not good actress. For new one one month is still not over. So all the best to her.

Also that is not Shivvay to which Mannat wanted to tell something. He is Shivansh, Shivvay and Annika son. They changed the FL Annika, but son is playing by same actor. On lighter note please don't confuse that Mannat is DIL of that hero 😆.

I don't get why have you already termed her pathetic in one glimpse?

But often it is said, bad first impressions are best las impressions.

Judging her a bit too early in the day. I have watched all her work and trust me when I say this she grew on me much over time.

I didn't like her in her longest show, for the longest time but when it came back with a season 3 I fell in love with her and rewatched the other 2 seasons all over again and man I was floored.

Also having said that, I get your post (although I do think the title is really harsh for no reason at all) so when Ishqbaaz began I found all Anika (Surbhi) extremely OTT in all the scenes and I didn't even think she was worth the role opposite Nakul's marvellous Shivay, and tbh honest I felt the EXACT same THROUGHOUT the AU IB, but there was a certain portion where I think she NAILED it. It was during the RU IB (Daksh track and post).

My point is that a mediocre script ain't getting any of us to like an actress for her acting. You didn't like Niti and I didn't like Surbhi when the story was lamer than you could think.

Similarly, these days I am not convinced with Nakul's portrayal of Shivaansh AT ALL. It's not because he's not a good actor (he is ofc, considering he has proved his metal over and over again), it's more about how the story makes the character look really annoying which makes the acting bad too accordingly.

Give her time, unbiasedly.

And well can't ask the same for the story cuz ever since AU, its only getting worse, but yeah do try and cut her some slack.

I'm not the viewer of this show. I thought to watch it for Nity. But her role can't be an acceptable one. So I stopped. All the people can act . But they all can not become the actors. An actor must grasp the role of the character in the particular scene and make the audience feel that situation. Especially the actors need to maintain their face expressions do not seem awkward even in a crying scene and at the same time it must reacht the audience in correct way. Performing the scenes artificially to the director's comments 'action' and 'cut' can't be accepted as a good acting. I watched some scenes of her out of OM. In which she made me feel that scenes. So my first impression for her is the best impression and also the last impression. Definitely she can do the roles very well. But the role should be given for her will be a suitable one. She is also wasting her time in this show as like some talented actors were doing in before leap.

I don't see much potential in her. But most of the TV actors, who are in the entertainment industry only for money, don't know acting. They take up this profession only because of its glamour quotient.
