'Tumhein nahin pata tha?'

What a fantastic scene b/w Shivika today...so PALPABLY the angst was brought front and center ...an Anika consoling a Shivaay heartbroken over Pari leaving, missing her so badly...marveling over the fact that he really does love children so much (never mind the fact that there was no basis for her to think otherwise to begin with😆)...that a child could change him so much...and for once Shivaay doesn't sidestep and his emotions are raw enough to bring in the topic of love...and talk about the power of love to melt anyone...even him. As we are just about processing the fact that Shivaay can so calmly talk about love so candidly😆, Anika throws a googly...that she had no idea that he could love anyone to this extent (WOW Anika...kya karun main tumhara😆)...just as I'm processing my own facepalm reaction to this statement, Shivaay speaks everyone's mind when he turns to her and says, "TUMHEIN nahin pata tha?"...WHAT a moment this was...the pain and hurt and a spark of disbelief in his eyes as he asks her this...that she REALLY didn't know he loved her that much? That she still has to question this?

And then ofcourse the super ego filled praanis these two are...I am equal parts amused and equal parts wanting to smack their heads (especially Anika's) at the way they ALWAYS find a way to make everything about their ego first...using the "I was talking about Pari" excuse to sidestep this moment...first Anika, then Shivaay...cuz ofcourse one volley of ego, follows another...If she has to pretend she didn't understand what he just said there, then he will totally RUN with the excuse😆

...two people holding on to their egos almost desperately it seems many times...what's also striking in this moment is how BADLY they want the OTHER to say something first...lol and when that doesn't come, they are instantly disappointed and retreat to their pride/ego stance.

NM-SC were brilliant in this scene...after many days we got a thehraav filled emotional moment b/w Shivika and these two nailed it👏

This moment when they are pretty much MIRRORING each other's expressions cracks me up...equal parts stubborn ego they are😆

Feels like so much futile pain sometimes...they are so scared of letting go of their egos even though they can see that they are both in pain...but neither will take the first step

The OBros scene had more follow up on Shivaay being so willing to talk about PYAR today😆...and Om stating the obvious when he makes the OFFICIAL declaration that PYAR matters more to Shivaay than NKK😆😆...Congrats to the people who STILL hadn't gotten it after all this time...aaj hopefully samajh aa gaya in plain black and white😆.

The second Shivika scene was also very poignant...Shivaay's mind finally seems to have woken up from it's limbo state...possibly jostled by the emotions Pari evoked in him...emotions that he had tried very hard to clamp up again since Anika had left him...and now his mind was connecting all the dots again...how he had anyways chosen love over NKK a while back...today he talked about wanting to adopt Pari without knowing anything about her...but he had already accepted an Anika sometime back without knowing anything about her too...and the FBs from the Kul Gotra pooja today were quite pertinent...

What was even more touching though was the bit after this as Anika senses him behind her and turns...asks him there's something he wants to say to her...and his STRUGGLE there...Aww Shivaay😆...bade dino baad we got to see that Shivaay that struggles so tangibly with wanting to speak what's in his heart...and out it comes in strange fumbling ways...like today he first mumbled under his breath that there's no point...it's too late now...and then tells Anika that she can stay in this room😆...at this point my mind asks me...umm wasn't she already claiming this room as hers since she is supposedly Maalkin of the house? But looks like writers forgot that whole track so let's forget along with them😆...Anika tells Shivaay that this is his room and she's fine staying in her room (whichever that one is since we've never been shown it😆)...also never mind the fact that she's all wifely folding Shivaay's clothes in this very room ...in that moment, Shivaay so badly wants her to just stay in the room...LOL wishing for what once was...but unable to articulate it...finally just giving up and leaving...leaving Anika wondering that there was indeed more he wanted to say to her...I loved this scene too...

ROFL@ OmRu telling Shivaay so CALMLY in the precap that they've forgotten everything Anika did😆😆...waah beta, devars of the year right here...first HELPED Anika pull off that asinine stunt and now want to pretend it never mattered only and telling Shivaay to get amnesia about it too😆...plenty of asinine stuff in the story still...

But for the FANTASTIC Shivika scenes today, I shall forgive a lot😆

my first reaction today was the writer has gone mad😆, seriously i'm not joking

be it the NKK between Obros, NKK between Shivika in the room and the precap... it seems the writer has forgotten what happened in previous months of IB😆

but koi nahin, Shivika are such love, that i can take anything for them too

coming to the first scene, this was so brilliantly done by Shivika, their pain and especially SSO's pain was beautifully shown by NM

today was almost as close to a love confession from SSO, how could his Annika not know how much he loved her? is it her insecurities talking or she really doesnt think SSO ever loved her or she's plain ignorant about love😆

I'm too confused actually, but i'll let it be thanks to the beauty of this scene on itself

2nd shivika scene:

does SSO think making love doesnt lead to babies? i mean i get he's ashamed at his words, but the SSO who uttered those words and the SSO who accepted Annika pre-separation were two different people, and today's SSO is even more different, the pain of his heartbreak has again changed him a lot, he's more human lately especially since Annika has returned to OM

point be this scene was just a verbal confirmation of what we have known since long now😆

about Precap:

i was seriously hoping both to make their part, but alas the writer and her biased love towards SSO will never change, Annika has been relegated to a wonderful sacrificial biwi, while SSO has to do everything now🥱

i was hoping Annika to take one step, SSO to take the other and so on. Especially post that ridiculous biwi No1 challenge, Annika should at least have done something, but nope again SSO will be the one who will do everything, find the truth out, explode, ask sorry from Annika and so, who cares about Annika's insecurities

i just want to start by Saying Now this is what was lacking from past few weeks . Today they got the feeling Right and They've Killed It. A special Shoutout to Both NM & SC for making it even more beautiful with their Beautiful Acting & the nuances and touches they added

Today was the Day Shivaay finally realized that he has risen above NKK and that did not happen today That happened way long ago. I take his remembering the anika wala KG pooja FB and then him nodding his head and halka sa chewing on his lip as his Guilt for saying that line and him realizing ke woh bohat pehle yeh accept kar chuka hai that no it is not pari only that he had accepted without NKK he let it go way before. We knew it all along but he himself was unaware of that fact and today was the day for him to absorb it and Man Lovely it was. The pain was so palpable as you said i just wanted to hug both of them. Notice when he walked in the he was fidgeting with his ring as if regretting the whole thing it was such a beautiful mix of regret & realization and embarrassment ke kya kar dia kia ho gaya and totally lost coming to terms possibly even calculating hwo to do damage control and again anika's voice got him out of the trance and there he took the step he did that damage control of sorts by telling anika she can stay in his room as if him telling in his indirect ways ke forget everything this is the right place this is where she belongs in his room in his life nothing else matters. It stop making any difference way long ago. Ofcourse he can never say it directly caz there ego's won't let them and he still doesn't know about what really prompted anika to do all that she did in first place. he is still under the delusion that she is with someone else so this was his way . I've always said that he isn't the kind who will force her she will have to say ke koi mangetar nahi hai until then he will take baby steps thoda thoda hints dega that he wants her back like stay in my room when he actually means stay in my Life i can't survive without you OH Billu. SC complimented him really really well too by getting that shivaay is in confusion that he wants to say somethign by asking over an over and going yup somethign is definitely wrong. Kitna nautanki hain yeh kasam se dono nahi dekh rahe what she was also doing in that moment folding his clothes Uhm i thought they were divorced and she is the maalkin not his wife so why does she need to do all the wife wali duties.

The first scene toh was on a different Level Altogether we finally saw shivaay breaking and how he was legit crying and he didn't try to cover it up or hide it from anika he just let it be he was at his vulnerable best i say the wall let the guard down he didn't bother what she will think he actually shed tears and continued doing so even after he knew she is there something so rare. Remember This is the sso who once engulfed her in a hug and wiped his lone tear so she cannot see that to upset her. the way he hld Pari ke clothes it really tugged at my heart he really did became her dad. Aaj anika trying to change the mood and trying to make him smile with her mom singh oberoi also didn't changed much for him he couldn't smile at that either like usual and she knew it was serious then so she didn't really tried further either and just went i didn't knew you could love like that and then Came the Moment of the Day

👏 Nm just knocked it outta the park there i felt the pain the pinch the sarcasm the disappointment in it Wonderful Voice modulation too The piercing tone worked wonder and i cheered and at the same time it broke my heart into million pieces too if it is possible that sach main tumhein nahi pata tha anika what else did he needed to do to show you what you meant to him WHAT/ He took a bullet for you he accepts you without NKK. HE WAS BLOODY PROPOSING YOU GIRL . He gave you the jungle main assurances. he declared you his wife. he said sorry for the hate wedding WHat else was needed and not to forget he also was pestering you for a SR ab aur kya karta jaan de deta? uske liye bhi tyar tha. he changed himself so much. he was also working on his anger and patience & zid. *sigh* but anika bhi fandom ki tarah hui padi hai jab tak cheesy unnecessary i love you nahi bolega nahi maanegi. anyway Both NM SC killed it aaj

i have to mention this when they turned their faces away and the pain and hurt so visible and his tears Uff this moment did somethign to me that is hard to put in words i am waise bhi very bad in expressing myself but in both the scenes the tumhein nahi pata tha and this gotta be the most most most fav

Whatever I can make of today's scene vis a vis Anika saying that she never knew he could love anyone to this extent...so a hint of Anika's insecurities again...on a lighter note, maybe they can finally bring the DOST angle back...Anika ko toh DOSTI hi lag rahi tha na all this while even as they got intimate😆...anyways, so just an attempt to understand this muddle of Anika's mind since the writers never bother showing much other than her crying over her abandonment issues...

I have to say my reaction is the same as Shivaay's...that she REALLY didn't know after all this time? Toh what magical proof does she need? I am forced to wonder if even him TELLING her to her face that he loves her so much will make any difference...it's like they want to show her as DELIBERATELY obtuse time and again...easiest plot point in the book for them😆...but chalo let's see if that does make a difference since all the talk of pyar today and Anika pretty much making it apparent that she didn't know he loved her that much...makes it seem like they are moving towards an official confession from Shivaay.

A man who expresses himself.. his emotions via his actions.. finds it difficult to verbalize them... A Woman who understands and reciprocates his actions but needs words to finally accept and realize the actual emotions..😊 Add ego, pride, taadi to the mix and you get what.. Anika-Shivaay ka current situation...😆

Shivaay was surprised that his actions did not convey his love(frankly so I was)... but he needs to understand Anika needs words.. things explicitly said.. because I guess.. once bitten twice shy... She will trust her instinct when it comes to everyone else but with Shivaay she is extra careful.. her trust is still over-shadowed by his previous flips...because he can hurt her like no-one else.. EDIT: This is how I'm trying to understand Anika.. I'm still confused 😆

The second Shivaay-Anika scene actually reminded me of the scene after Shivaay knows about Anika's past... Both scenes touched my heart.. Shivaay's self-realizations rock! 👏 Bas aaj I missed the hug 😳

"Kafi deer ho gayi hai"...😭... but then he said YOU CAN STAY.. What he actually wanted to say.. I don't care about anything else Bas STAY FOREVER with me! Be my SAATH! *SIGH* Shivaay keh do na... plz...😆

I loooved these scenes.. but I just hope.. I get a similar realization track where Anika's insecurities are tackled as well.. Want to see her growth as well.. Want her to fight for their relationship... not just for Shivaay... *fingers crossed*

I for one was not surprised with Annika's insecurities. She knows he can love his family to a point beyond reason, but an outsider? He showed her in multiple ways, repeatedly, that his family came first for him, be it Pinky, his brothers or Prinku.. didn't he always place them above her? I am not surprised she's insecure about his love for her.

That dialogue and his hurt were such poignant moments though! and that last visual, of these two brokenhearted ppl looking in opposite directions, tears in their eyes.. my heart broke a little for them. Such incredible actors these two!

The second scene, all the unsaid words, his longing.. Sigh! Was a beautiful, beautiful episode! ❤️

Oh come now😆...what words...aise toh Anika ne bhi crazy flip maara in the seperation...does that give him license to never trust her or her words too? Two can play this game and Anika should step up for once too and own up to her blunders...but the writers seem least interested in going there...there was SO much build up in their relationship and how EASILY the writers forget the jungle track convo all the time...what else was Shivaay saying when he talked about how they had chosen each other and would always stay together all their lives? So many times toh he said that...so what did Anika think? Ki timepass ho raha tha?

LOL the truth is that it's not Anika but the fandom that needs words...like the grand spoonfeeding session in the OBros scene today where Om was made to tell the audience that oooh look Shivaay chooses pyar over NKK...now it's OFFICIAL😆

So pardon me if I'm skeptical that even AFTER getting the words from Shivaay, Anika will continue to be shown as randomly insecure and obtuse vis a vis not getting the OBVIOUS in front of her...lol any excuse to show the female as stupid I suppose...ironic considering women are supposed to be the more intuitive ones...

Ek toh the writers never bother clarifying what dialogues they give to Anika either...kabhi she's busy giving "Ishqbaazi" challenges to Pinky, talking about having had faith in her love...kabhi she's showing surprise at Shivaay ever loving anyone this much...so what should I make of all this?😕😆...
