Appreciation: I loved this confrontation because I could finally see the onscreen chemistry between Kunal and Vrushika. It was sizzling to say the least. I loved it for the fact that these two are such brilliant actors that the intensity of the confrontation had my heart beating. Till this point, I had my doubts of these two ka chemistry but I can safely put these doubts aside now. And what fantastic dialogue delivery man! Kudos to these two.I was waiting for these two actors to actually have a sensible scene and it definitely paid off. Both Kunal and Vrushika pulled off the scene amazingly but Kunal's control over not over doing it was brilliant. I think they would do a fabulous job in scenes messed emotions. I also applaud the writer and the director, because the scene was extremely well written and executed.
Irony in all this is the fact that I wanted to like Ishaana so desperately because Vrushika is playing the role and Ishaana is FL for Om and this fan in me wanted so desparately to give excuses for Ishaana's behavior because I like Vrushika. But the logic in me went haywire from the start.I really did want to like Ishana. There is a lot of potential in the character because she isn't an absolute good to be true female lead but there are redeemable qualities. There is so much that can be done with her character. But I am so disappointed when she went ahead picked on the brothers, Tej and Riddhima individually because her research is clearly half-baked. If she could find out about the incident at Maha-aarti, how could she not know that Om already had a girlfriend?! I just feel she could have walked away with dignity if only she said that she lied because that's her profession and she wants the money for whatever reason. What happens to Omkara isn't her concern because for her, he was only a job. I would have respected her if she owned up to her stupid conning antics as a job rather than an apology.
