If her Husband is alive she needs to get Talaq & Iddha then only she can get married again.

If her husband is no more then she has to observe Iddha. which is 4 months and 10 days.

Here if the case of Consummation arise. It becomes technical.

If the marriage was not consummated then no iddha but still...

If the Husband and Wife even spend a single night in privacy whether they consummate or not then Iddha plays a role. I am sure this would have happened so Ruksar has to observe iddha.

Only after that Kabeer can Marry Ruksar.

As per the story line... Keeping the Confusion of the Mahaepisodes apart and taking the main Episodes into consideration.

Ruksar Wedding happened in the month of Ramadan. And immediately after Ramadan Kabeer gave divorce to zara.

After Kabeer gave Divorce to zara and recently only 30 days got completed... Here the time line is this and In dubai it became 4 months and 10 days or what...

So Marriage is not possible. But Ruksar's Return Back to Ahamed house is possible even if this happens this is a big defeat to Zara and Victory to Ruksar.

After doing such damages Ruksar returning back to Ahamed House and garnering the Place and sympathy is a big achievement. I am sure Ruksar may return back but Marriage is not possible...

This is according to my little knowledge in Islam and From my tiny brain.

I think nothing of this sort will happen.If kabeer is shown marrying rukhshar in order to bring her back then zara should divorce and get back to work find a good sensible person marry and should be shown leading a happy life.Only then it will be justified. The serial should end after that.atleast some reality will be there. If kabeer marries rukshar then zara must leave him.

I don't know about ruksaar marrying kabeer but the way he is showing concern and reapeatedly saying ruksaar can never do this kind of thing is making me angry . How can he consider ruksar an innocent person after whatever he did to him & zara .

YES... Ruksar tried to kill Zara in teh Honey moon Track. Then false allegation on him. Miraj and Nilofer Planting. Ruksar know in advance that there is danger from miraj so she planted Nilofer. So even when she got married and left she did had some problem planted for zara.

I would question Kabeer's Love, Care and Concern For Zara. What is Ruksar. When Zara asked Kabeer .. Do you ever thought that I message Siraj or that Fake Profile is created by me. Kabeer said if I ever thought Like that I would divorce you. OK ... Now who did that... Who Created Siraj Thing... Who wanted to kill a person by pushing her from Mountain. Who tried to Flick some one else's husband. Who planted Miraj a Killer.

So Kabeer Have concern and Care for this Kind of Women. OH NO... SO MAHAN...

Want to Divorce a Girl who Fought for Women Rights... For a helpless women and Child... from a Cruel Husband. Where you know clearly who is at Fault.

During wedding time, Humdan said he will see how she can not forget kabir, looks like she didn't so he must be physically torturing her. This will lead her killing him. Kabir might prove her innocent saying it's self defense and bring her back home
After coming back she might play good and nice for sometime but I have a feeling that this time Rukhsar-Miraj- Zeenat, all will work together against #ZaBeer , if kabir marry to save Rukhsar, he can divorce her immediately as well
