The short answer would be yes.
They don't need a third divorce to marry other people if the idda time passes and kabeer doesn't revoke the talaq she is free to marry if she wishes they are considered divorced third time just means she is no longer his wife permanently he can't return her or remarry her she has to be married to someone else if the marriage fails or the husband dies she would be able to go back to him if they choose . But as of now they are pending divorced unless that idda period passed too if the idda is over he has to have a new nikah with people to witness the marriage but still counts as second talaq. Even if they weren't divorced he could still marry but that's opening a whole new can of worms highly doubt they will go that route unless they want a tremendous uproar

Else Kabeer don't need to show Concern to Ruksar. Anyone showing any big concern for Ruksar is so very surprising. It doesn't end with her trying to kill Zara and put false allegation on Kabeer.

Not just Dubai but from Any middle eastern countries Police are too Strict. A person commiting a crime and escaping in any which was is not possible. That too when it comes to foreigner.

Has everyone gotten amnesia and forgotten what she's done. And Kabeer? Seriously man! Why is he going? Kashaan and Zeenat should be the ones going to save her. He's more of her relative than Kabeer.
Kashaan's presence should have some reason and this could be it. It seems odd that Zeenat would be flying with Kabeer instead of Kashaan.

CVs want Rukhsar back, but damn they could have waited until after ZK were married.
I've said this in another post of mine, other shows have marriages/remarriages going on for weeks.

One rasm of theirs would take a week at least, I loved ISA for not dragging as watching one track happening for weeks is repetitive and boring but their remarriage rasms could have gone for at least one or two days. We only got like 15 minutes of the mendhi *rolling eyes*

2 days of happiness is so less compared to the next couple of weeks of having to jhelofy Rukhsar and her drama.

I really really don't want ZK going through the third divorce nor Kabeer marrying Rukhsar. That would kill ISA for me.
That track of a man having two wives and crap is so repetitive, boring and stupid. ETAs and two wives thing is being glorified in the name of romance. ISA was the only drama I'd hooked onto after 7 years because of the concept, story and characters. I'd be so annoyed if they kill ISA by getting Kabeer married to another whilst still being married to Zara.

I know in Islam they're allowed to do second marriages an all, but there has to be strong reasoning behind it and Rukhsar still has to do Iddat of 4 months and 10 days. I hope she's pregnant so it would be nearly a year of Iddat.

Anyway, in my view and the society surrounding me, these days modern Muslim men don't think of second or third wife thing. In the older generation second and third wife was more common than now. Nowadays it's divorce over the silliest reasons.

Pretty sure this psychopath will kill her own unborn child if it means staying away from kabeer even longer. Almost positive this Dubai trip a trap! Up until now no one makes any connections to any crimes unless the villain admits it himself even then they don't have a recording to prove it . What I hate most is the writers changing their minds every few episodes. After the first talaq kabeer took Zara back the night before their time was up. Never consummated the marriage but he clearly said it verbally. Then all of a sudden they are forced into a second talaq as if the reunion never happened. They they drove us crazy with the 7 day time frame for the second talaq if kabeer could prove her innocence with in 7 days . 7 days for reducing magically into 5 and low and behold they are devorced against their will someone please explain to my tiny brain how someone can have a conditional timed talaq that happens against the couples will? He has to tell her I so and so devorce my wife ... of course that never happened and Zeenet apparently is the score board holder judging when the day starts and finishes saying the Islamic day is over at sunset. Come on seriously 😳 . Ok what ever we moved on they are in love and want to continue enjoying the functions acting so inlove not wanting to mess up each other's names that are so precious till he gets a call from his long lost friend that has them jumping through hoops of fire this whole time absentmindedly rubbing off the henna onto his cloths as if it's dirt 😡 to add insult to injury he defends ruksaar asking why would she do this? 😕 😳 was he in acomma when Zara proved to him that ruksaar tried to damage her reputation ,get her kidnapped and when all else failed tried kill her . Forget that what about the fact that she tried to rape him personally? Nope ruksaar isn't capable of murdering her husband at all poor thing is being framed 😡 .
If they add polygamy to this circus that's it beautiful story down the drain.
