Daadi confiding in viplav is so right. They had that bond. Whereas in the show she goes n tells dhani to leave. How I had hated that .Made posts on that too.

Anyway in your story we have our IKRS back ...waiting

A long chapter, Avani! A very special treat for all of your fans. 😉 I agree with Meenu, you're going in the right direction with this story. You've carved the tribulations of such a relationship in an orthodox society very beautifully. The fear, the helplessness, and the guilt were excellently illustrated in this chapter. Dhani's guilt and apprehensions were both obvious and discerning. Very true to Dhan's character who has taken a stand, but can't help but feel forlorn in how her family is being affected by her decision. I've always loved how protective VIplav was of Dhani and the ladies of the ashram. Once again, he stands by them like their knight in shining armor. 👍🏼 The silent hug between an inconsolable Dhani and a reticent Viplav was the most beautiful scene in this chapter. 👏 Dadi's character has made leaps and bounds with her confession. Wow, Avani! Her opening up to Viplav about his grandfather's deeds was a huge progression in her character. It might've been a very starling awakening for VIplav, but very much needed for him to fight the evils unknown to him. Up until now, he was under the impression that he had his grandfather's unrelenting support in taking his relationship to the next level. I'm so excited for you to continue this story! Viplav's confrontation with his own grandfather was supposed to be the usp of the show - the fight between good and evil. We never got that on the show, but we finally will thanks to you. 🤗

Yes coming to Dadi based on the sweet relationship they shared to be the one opening up to Viplav about it. In the show atleast i expected Dadi would be the one to save their relationship by supporting Dhani once Dhani comes to know about Dadaji and his mother. Instead they ruined such a sweet love story
Also Dazz i am expecting Viplav And Dadaji confrontation in your SS too which would be more good with your writing :)Thanks again 🤗

Viplav was lying on his bed but void of sleep.

So many emotions and thoughts were clouding his mind not permitting him to sleep.And how could he sleep peacefully after hearing his Dadi accuse his Dadaji of not only breaking his trust but of an outrageous act.How can his Dadaji do such a thing? He could have just said that he is not happy about this marriage instead of pretending like this. And sending a mob to hurt his Dhani .

Such a backstab when he very well knew how much his grandson loved her. No Even if he did not how could Dadaji do such a heinous thing to people. Was his Dadaji capable of doing that ? Killing people!!

Does he know his Dadaji at all.?

After Dhani had mentioned about his Dadajis request to her he had got a feeling subconciously of something being wrong.But he had brushed it aside thinking it was his Dadajis concern that made him do this. After all Dadaji never denied anything he wished since his childhood. Infact Dadaji always took extra care to fulfil his wishes. He knew how difficult it is to handle and manage being Mahant of Benaras and how Dadaji had gained peoples respect and love. And for this Viplav had deep respect for him. And looked upto him for what he was.Its not like he liked everything about his Dadaji though.

He never liked how his Dadaji treated his wife.He had observed once he was mature enough to understand that his Dadi was never given the respect and love she deserved in the family. He had seen multiple times his Dadaji talking to his Dadi in most disrespectful of manners and had consoled her in his own way. Even his mother used to take his Dadi lightly. He had tried to question his mother once or twice when his mother had chided his Dadi. But to no avail.He had just accepted it as dynamics of his family. And as his Dadi never complained he never got the instinct to do anything about it anyway.

Next day Viplav came downstairs to breakfast table . His Dadaji who was having breakfast noticed that his grandson seemed to be tired . "Viplav is everything alright my child? He questioned. "Yes Dadaji. All fine" he smiled feebly His eyes was searching for his Dadi who appeared in a while with teapot in her hand and seeing Viplav she stopped for a second and then slowly moved towards table.

He knew he should be more tactful in handling this as he had to also make sure his Dadi is not hurt at any cost by this. Thankfully Dadaji finished his breakfast and left to the temple.

He would not be able to strike a normal conversation with this state of mind.

After breakfast Viplav headed straight to Dhanis Ashram. Dhani seemed to be waiting for him. As soon as he got down from his jeep he heard the door swing open and Dhani standing near the door.

Viplav smiled looking at her. He came to the door and asked her "I need to talk to you about something but not here. Lets go somewhere else Dhani after informing her mother joined him and they went to a secluded place near the Ghats. Their usual retreat place.

Seeing him very thoughtful Dhani knew something had happened . She kept her hand on his shoulder waiting for him to speak. Viplav once looked at her and then slowly confided in her what Dadi had told him yesterday. Dhani suprised by hearing this said "But he never once showed any hatred towards us. He tried to help us when we reached out to him. Infact he was more considerate than any Pandits when by mistake i had touched a Kalash!!

Viplav did not respond to this. "Now what should i do Dhani he asked her helplessly . "Dadi will never lie to me and she wouldn't tell me this if she was not sure about it. Tell me what should i do" Dhani did not know what to answer.

They were sitting there unable to digest unable to decide and lost in their thoughts.

Dhani all of a sudden said as if she remembered something "Vaikil Babu i have not told you one thing"

Viplav looked at her qustioningly.

Dhani nervously added "Those Ashram papers which i had accused you of stealing were given back to me by Mahapanditji and he had told me that it was taken by you and had pointed out that you would be meeting the Ashram owner and conspire against us .That was the reason i accused you . If this was told by anyone else i wouldn't have believed even for a second. As it was your own Dadaji who had informed me i did not believe your words of being innocent

Viplav was looking at her with mouth wide open.What!! What are you saying?? And why didn't you tell me this earlier Dhanii? he almost shouted at her frustrated.

Dhani stuttured "Didn't find the necessity to ... and and was not sure if you will believe me then so...

Seeing Viplav holding his head all frustrated she stopped.

"Whats happening ?? he yelled. Dhani held his shoulder tight trying to calm him down.

He asked her to explain what all happened around this Ashram paper after she had found the documents and had informed him about it . When she started giving out details he was slowly realising that clearly there was more to it. To all of it. About his Dadaji and listening to her details even his mother seemed to be involved in this .

Viplav did not react for a while. He was clearly trying to make sense of all of this.Suddenly he got up with a resolve.

"Lets go.

Dhani asked "what are you going to do??

"There is one person who can answer me. Holding Dhanis shoulder he said "Tripurari

Dhani was all apprehensive about this . She didn't want that loathsome Tripurari anywhere near Vakil Babu. She clutched his shirt tightly and declared "No you are not going anywhere near him. But Viplav convinced her that being in jail Tripurari would not be able to harm him in anyway.

And here he was with his love by his side determined to know the truth or was it to know the lies surrounding him.

Oh Avani, a big hug from me to you! 🤗 This is how I had wanted Mahant Dashtrat Tripathi's truth to be unveiled to Viplav. First Dadi's confession, then Dhani's confession, and now our very own Vakil Babu being able to deduce all of the sketchy happenings around that time. Bravo, my dear! 👏 I was so unhappy with how the creatives of IKRS handled the Mahant's revelation in the form of marriage to Durga near the end of the show. The confusion and shock that you highlighted in Viplav's own perception of the situation was what I had wanted to see on the show all along. The inner struggle that would lead to the biggest battle in Viplav's life. 👍🏼 I also love how you've kept the communication open and direct between Viplav and Dhani in these chapters. There's no room for any misunderstanding between the two, especially with how they've tackled the numerous hurdles that are coming their way. Viplav's confrontation with Tripurari should be very interesting and exciting. You know I loved Dakssh on the show, so I'm earnest to read the next chapter even more now. Tripurari is vile and will only seek his own benefit in this clash between his father and his step-nephew. It'll be intriguing to see how he manipulates the situation to his own advantage. 😳 Well done, Avani! You're definitely on the right track with this story. I feel as if I've gotten the original version of IKRS back! One more request - I would love it if you were to touch a bit on Dhani's education in your story. ☺️

Regarding Tripurari one thing i liked was Tripurari had a valid reason to be villain .He and his mother were outcasted while his father enjoyed most respectable place in society!! Even DT had to some extent a valid reason to be a villain. Most of the series villain will be a villain just for the sake if it or some cliched like money, crush on lead etc etc 😛 And Daksh was too good :)
And yes even i was planning to involve Dhanis education 😉
