I'm sorry to say but I really wanted Ahaan's drinking to be addressed cause knowing where ishqi comes that would have trigereed knowing that Ahaan drinks a lot when he is in stress and she should confront him

Same here. I thought they would bring it up especially after how she reacted in the Holi episode when she assumed her fiance's best friend took drugs. I did think they were heading in that direction too. Especially with AVM's dad having been an alcoholic.

Everytime AVM manhandled her (which was rare) she would get triggered. Atleast that is what i saw... this was different from what i thought hindi shows were like where manhandling was oddly passed off as some romantic move. 🤢

O would have loved to have seen AVM talk with Savitri about the fear of becoming his father. From what we have seen of AVM and how Param played him i think such scenes would have left a significant mark and provided the actor scope to perform with subtle gestures and all.

If ur interested in writing ffs we all can collaborate, discuss the topics we wanted to be addressed in the show and write short stories on them. What say?

Interesting angle! Maasi's was a love marriage- did Savvy say whether hers was love/arranged? When Dadi keeps saying "tere jaise aayi thi" to Ishqi, I thought it hinted that the Savvy marriage was a love one.

Both essentially destroyed by alcoholic husbands, which you could say, Ahaan could very well become. The difference probably though is of mindset and empathy- Ahaan appears to have a lot of the latter, and empathetic folks tend to be somewhat sorted & generally don't indulge in violence.
