ok am on alisha's team: 😃

i personally think if no pain no gain.....if you will not get critisized you will not have the spirit to fight the critics and prove them wrong.....look at amit sane from II1 he used to get told of by Farah about his performance every time when he performed some time she used to encourage him and sometime she used to shout at him BUT look where that got him everyone loved his few dance steps he did on the show....so to some extent i do agree with critics.....

Well critics is good but critics doesn't mean criticizing the contestants n doing stuffs....it can be done by telling the contestants too......judges don't need to be harsh.

Well I don't totally disagree with u but as i said criticism is good upto a level...being critical to the limit can do good but when it is done too much it wud definitely discourage the contestants
for example: if u draw something n u show it to ur parents and they say its aweful n u can never do well u wud definitely get discouraged.
but if they say yes its gud but u can improve a lot more...u need to work hard on some features then u wont get discouraged....u wud try to improve yourself.
Thts the point.😊

if the judges are not harsh then you get what you are watching now, poor performance overall by contestants, there should always be one to keep someone in place, otherwise they wont try harder to do better, if the contestants are really determined, they can take those harsh criticisms in their stride and mend their flaws. javed saab, udit ji and alisha are not being critical enough. they are just sugar coating their flaws which the contestants are taking very lightly. as shilpa shetty said kill someone by sweetness, and thats what these judges are doing right now, they are squashing their talent with sweetness.

the performances are not poor at all.......im not saying they r perfect but they r not at a poor scale too....they are at a competing level... but thats not he point.......i but being harsh wont let them do great......yes they need to know their mistakes but they should not be taunted.

i dont know who tauntd who....i don't remeber seeing any thing like that 😕.......Seriously some contestant need critizim......do you guys remeber rahul Vaidya (sorry dont know how to spell his surname) in II1 he was such a good singer but his attitude was awful and when sonu and rest of the judges told him about his attitude he was one of the 3rd finalists....so judges beig harsh does help the contestants big time😃

javed saab mein bilkul aap ke is baat se bilkul sehmat nahi houn, hum idhar maata pita nahi banne aayein hain, we are the judges here, who have seen the real world, har maa baap apne bacche ki drawing zaroor pasand karega aur galatiya bhi bade pyar se nikalega ke kaafi waqt lag jayega woh galtiya sudharne mein, but this is a dog eat dog world, in the real market no one will tell these contestants ke beta apney is sur pe dhayan do, apne is galati pe dhayan ya apna yeh theek karo aur phir kal aana, it doesnt happen like that in the real world. maa baap, guru ka kaam hai train karna, the job of the contestant is to make himself/herself ready to face the struggles. this is a one time opportunity game and if the contestants dont know how to sell themselves with their talents then too bad for them. this is a professional platform where they should be mentally prepared to face criticism because they also have to present themselves professionally. when a movie is made, the director either receives a good comment or harsh/bad comments, he never receives comments like director saab try to make a good movie and then come back. when a certain product comes out in the market, they either receive bad comments which also includes taunts from customers or good comments, there is no excuse that this product should be made this way and then bring it back again and we will assay it again. its either yes or no. these contestants are like ready made products, our job is to pick holes in them and tell them whats their flaws. if that contestants has the spunk to stand upto what i said and has the wits to reverse criticism, then he is the winner

am answering the point that's highlighted in blue....... if you do sumthing for the first time and somebody be it your parents, teacher or friends critisize it by saying it's crap etc etc it's awful and it hurts i agree.......

i'll give you another eg when i strated cooking for the first time my mum used tell me of nicely about where i went wrong but when i was still making the same mistake i used to get a right telling off by her and she used to say stuff like "look at girls in your age they know how to make this and they do it without there mothers help"etc etc....and trust me them comments really hepled me, know whenever i cook i give my 110% .....so basically how long can you say to some one nicely that you need improving.....even my driving instructor used to shout at me to get best out of me😛

hope it all makes sense😳
