those who left, how would be know that they improved? and if they have really gone bad lets say then i should say sorry this competition is not for them, however we have seen richa, and many other contestants improve even though they were criticized a bit. again i will tell you the debate is about criticizing or encouraging, and its not about harsh criticism or mild criticism

you can tell this to your mother or your siblings but in professional world no one is going to wait on you to complete the task and neither no one is going to push very much, this is a world of competition, they can easily chuck you out and get another one, so in outside world if someone criticises you you have to accept it and focus on your flaws otherwise it will be hard race in this rat race
