I think Rockesh and Rakesh Babu were just perfect. Rakesh sings with a lot of feeling and has a phenomenol finish in his voice. Shreeram does not sing with the same feeling - period. He tries but it comes across as a lot of effort. Raqkesh on the other hand is effortless. Sunidhi obviously enjoyed singing with Rockesh Babu more.

Now Shreeram is technically better than Rakesh at singing a wider range of songs BUT Rockesh is far more enjoyable to listen to within his range.

I am not comparing the actual words. I am just saying the tone is much less enthusiastic. If you watch it along with her expressions, it seems half-hearted more often than not.

Still, you are welcome to disagree with whatever the point I was trying to make

Get your head outta the garbage and try and understand these things before attacking other people

Good lord talk about attacking....I think you need to get your head OUT OF THE GARBAGE....learn proper english child....and like I said in my post that was my opinion....so remember and to quote you" I have my freedom of speech and don't you dare and I mean don't you DARE try and infringe that".

And the fight goes on.....

I've been a silent reader of this forum, without contributing much to it. Mostly the weird threads by the MIDs turned me off and kept me away. But I thought that I would post something here before it is all over.

First of all, I think that we should celebrate the fact that 2 of the best singers of this season are in the finals this time and we get to hear them right till the end. My top 3 in this season were Sreeram, Rakesh and Shashi. Unfortunately Shashi was eliminated very early. But I'm happy that Sreeram and Rakesh have reached this far. Both of them are very good singers and have their own advantages and disadvantages. Sreeram has more experience, technical perfection and attempts more difficult songs due to which sometimes, very rarely he slips. Rakesh stays in the safer zone, but does full justice to whatever he attempts. There is a feel and romance in his voice that touches me like nobody else, and I was glad that the veto power was used for him. I will be happy if either one of them wins the title.

Sometimes it's about the judges and sometimes about drama. There have been multiple posts about Rakesh's drama and the fact that he started dancing after Swaroop's elimination. Memory goes back to the previous season when Torsha had done a similar dance after Rajdeep was eliminated. In my opinion, Rajdeep and Prasenjit were way above the remaining contestants in the previous season, and that's why Rajdeep's elimination just before reaching the top 3 was the biggest tragedy of the season. Torsha's attitude irritated many, but no big deal was made about her dance. I think it was very natural, as reaching the finals is the second best cause for celebration, the first being actually winning the crown.

I also don't understand why the drama factor affects people so much, some positively and some negatively. It's high time we realized that it is mainly the doing of the channel for trps. They choose the most emotional persons and invoke reasons for their tears. Rakesh is emotional and that's why his songs have that special feel. Another emotional person was Tia, and the channel tried to find ways and means to make her cry by creating problems between her and Bhoomi. But thankfully they did not succeed much.

So leaving aside the drama and everything else, let us just close our eyes and enjoy the singing and look forward to a great finale.

Your "clarification" is confusing. Now it's not the words but the expressions!! Per your above post, it seems that the praises are half-hearted, which screams that it is just your personal opinion without any concrete base.

I posted the verbatim comments yesterday in order to delineate what portions I was specifically talking about and assess if I was the only one who felt like that or if others agreed with me. It was fine for someone to come along and say they didn't feel like that. Of course it's just an opinion. Never claimed it to be otherwise. And if someone had presented a convincing counterpoint I would have nodded my head, took my hat off and thanked them for showing me a different perspective.

Having said all this, I really liked what Sunidhi said to Sreeram today and so the whole point of this thread is lost at least for the time being until I will be surprised again at her apparent lack of enthusiasm . You may view this process as a means to collect fellow idiots who agree with me and I am fine with that😉😆

oh yes, ofcourse....I was observing the same thing since so many episodes. Sunidhi has such a tough time in praising Sreeram. Words just don't come out from her mouth. If she can't find any flaws, then most of the time, she will praise the composer of the song or the original singer more and divert the topic. She might be having good reasons to justify her behavior.

she just supports rakesh b/c. he's a punjabi...she tries to find every little fault in sreeram (which there's is none...sree's singing is perfect). i don't respect sunidhi as a person anymore. i'm a gujju and i still support sreeram not bhoomi. hey, it's a singing show...u have to look at singing. anyhow, did u see the comments she gave to sree on o re piya? "feel ki kami thi" feel my foot! it was perfect!!! Sunidhi praises sree as if she's FORCED to do so....salim is the most genuine judge of II5
