Note: Remember this is a romantic round and you should put extra emphasize on how romantic they make the song

It is a good song. Compared top Chitra ji's standards, it is not a very difficult song. She sung it with ease. Not many variations or transitions I'll give her an 8!

This is actually my personal favorite songs of Chitra ji. She had a very meledious and beautiful tone to the song. She sung with feelings and emotion too. She lacked variations. I felt it was kind of the same throughout. And the difficulty level wasn't high. Yes I love this song but due to the lack of variation and transitions I'll have to give it a lower end rating. But good job to Chitra ji & Shaan!

Final Rating: 7

One of my favorite songs...It just brings a smile on my face...I think she sounded a bit nasal when she sung the line "Dil lutaya hai maine ab kisikee na manooo . The one stanza that Shaan sang was much more effective and gave a punch to the song. I give her an 8 😳

Brilliant rendition, perfect romantic feel to the song, and the music

soft, very romantic, excellent subtle transitions, awesomeloved everything about this song

hats off to the MD for creating such a simple, sweet, soothing, romantic song,
and what to speak of the sweater than honey chitrajis voice

usually the high notes are the ones that seems to be discussed every single time, in my humble opinion to sing low notes, with simple, subtle, intrinsic variations with feel and expression is equally or more harder, & chitraji can reach high and low notes without any distortion

Low notes bring soul and depth to the song, which was brilliantly rendered in this song , & on a final note, love chitra & shaan

so 10/10 from me

9 /10.

A nice blended all round performance by chitra and shaan, this track is full of romantic feelings. And blended with the superb voice quality, this grows on you the more you listen to it.

When it comes to singing, the track may seem to be easy at first but has some stop and go tunes which requires perfect timing to sing those lyrics, and backed up by superb tunes by anu malik, it could have been a hit song, provided the film was not a flop. A great track nonetheless!

One of my favourite songs. I love this song for its beautiful lyrics and melody.

Coming to the singing part, the words are emphasized correctly. For example, the way she says "kasam" and then pauses and then says "ki" and "kasam" and then a pause. I loved the way she sung the lower notes, as they are particularly difficult to sing. However, she shreiks in the higher notes in parts. Never-the-less, she has done a great job here.

Emotions are portrayed well. There is pain reflected in the voice which was the actual requirement in the scene of the movie as well. Passionately and painfully the correct expressions are rendered in the line "Ab Yeh Pyaar Naa Hoga Phir Hum Se". The chorus has done a great job as well, its involvement enhances the whole atmosphere.

A great performance, but lacks a certain 'wow' factor. It does have some parts which could have improved. So, I will stick to an 8 out of 10 for this song.

Well I'm glad it's on somone and SAS's favourites list!

It's a trademark ANU MALIK composition 😃
