Madhubala used to make great use of their theme, the lyrics even changed depending on the story sometimes, it was so beautiful and it’s going to forever be my favourite couple theme within a show.

It's challenging not to react when situations are triggering. The situations she's encountering aren't random, and are actually orchestrated by people out to get her. And in the case of Aditya, by someone she still loves. So yes, she will react badly.

What I love about Aryan's presence is his calm, zero-judgment in the moment approach towards her. It's exactly the energy she needs to counteract the "bad vibes" others throw her way. Aryan knows how to hold space for others and it seems that someone is holding space for her properly for the first time.

Aryan all episode today tried to be that mountain preventing Imlie from being swayed/emotionally affected by the bad vibe winds..

his loud "Stop it" when Imlie was trying to react to Malini...and then him standing him up jusy beside her.. i felt him as The Big Giant Montain trying to protect this Tiny valle beside him... as if this vellay is precious and should be kept safe from the Winds of negativity..

but it feels Imlie has to learn to let these negativity go without being affecged by it.. i dont when it will happen but it has to.. oother Aru will have enough of his warnings.. banda bhi insan hai yar..

I love your mention of holding space and Aryan’s calm presence. It’s so on point. He does know how to hold space and it’s exactly what Imlie needs now. Even I feel Aryan’s calm presence.

The thing is Imlie needs to start recognizing these things as well, I’m looking forward to when she realizes the difference between healthy and toxic love. But at this point, I don’t know if we’ll get there. I’m happy with a slow burn romance, she’s not ready for romance, but they need to move past this contrived drama and show something else in her life. What else is she doing?

Also FKs acting was on point or at least the camera was. Imlie was eating the green chillies but it was Aryan who looked like he was the one in pain.

Totally agreed. Which is why I got fed up today I think. They do this long drawn out exit post wedding only to throw her back into it the very next day. Atleast shift the drama to the office or something. Give her something else to focus on, like you said.

It's hard for her to (consistently) practice what she's learning when she doesn't get a solid even day's break from this constant onslaught. A brief break to visit her mom is just the thing. Whether it's work related or not, bring it on.

Given that it is zero interest Aryan, I wasn't expecting anything out of character. 😆 Kheer would work if it was on the table, warna paani hi hona tha because Aryan is very calm and controlled. He's not a person who'd ever indulge in PDA or excessive display of concern in public even if they were in a romantic relationship, and here, it's a professional relationship that they share. What's beautiful about these scenes is that Aryan has a fitting comeback each time when standing up for her without getting into emotional zones.
