Yeah, agreed. Honestly I didn't stick around for all of IPKKND. Because of the bold. I do think think though that her writing has more integrity than Ekta's shows. Daily soaps are a problematic format to begin with because to be "successful" you have to be never-ending. A set number of episodes like a mini-series would avoid this. Hopefully one day romantic stories like this can have that format in itv.

For me it's mostly the journey and after that I get bored. So I'll watch until they get together and then let's see. I do think though that you're right and maybe Arylie's equation will also change Malini and Aditya's possibly.

@the bold: Yes, I think so too. What else happens remains to be seen. But I think Imlie and Aditya are done. Not even an amnesia track could revive this.

Same here, unless there is a serious transition in Aditya's character, it is pointless for AdiLie. But more than me wanting AryLie, I think that the Rathods and Imlie really need each other. Surprisingly quoting Aditya from a few episodes back, a mother always gives the child what they need, not what they want. So, I feel that is exactly what Sita Maiyya is guiding Imlie towards.

Agreed with you about all of Arylie's moments. They are small and scattered but they were there. I like your perspective about the coat. Aside from how sweet it was I love the drama too so I could go for many more of those moments 👏

Also the original show was adapted in hindi once before. Mohi I think it was. I could be wrong. In that one "Malini" didn't turn evil and in the end Mohi left for further studies.

Agreed. Aryan and Imlie's dynamic is the only fresh thing this show has. I mean it's definitely got people talking. The symbolism tells me they will happen, but I wonder how it will play out. I hope it's not another there-not there dynamic. If its a relationship let it be a relationship. No separate rooms or sleeping on the floor please 😆

I hope someone knocks some sense into both Malini and Aditya. Raha Aryan ka revenge, don't think it will happen the way he has planned it. Destiny is taking sweet revenge on Aditya if the only person he has so dearly loved becomes Aryan's wife/friend/partner/beloved. Isse bada badla le hi nahi sakta koi. Badla lo, woh bhi pyaar se Aryan wants Aditya to feel the pain of loss, what he, his family have been through. Ab isse behtar kya ho sakta hai phir.

Yeah so true. Aryan has become her anchor, and she's already pretty happy go luck on her own. Also, as great as Aryan is, I don't want Imlie to start relying on him too much. Maan was happy to take responsibility for Geet. As his secretary she did basically whatever he told her and the work storyline was very weak. Aryan has actual professional expectations from Imlie. Hopefully he maintains this. As much as I want him to be patient with her, I also don't want him making exceptions and behaving in a way that wouldn't be beneficial for her development. He seems like a solid guy who thinks before he acts so I think it's possible.

This symbolism though, yeah I agree. 4 Lions sticks with their main pairings so I am also shocked at the symbolism. I think if they are giving symbols with these two, that means they've changed tracks. If you notice they started in shallow waters (i.e.: lights falling on her and her "lighting up" his life) and then went deeper (i.e.: ID tag becomes mangalsutra). I think they're being careful with the symbols. So far it's mostly Aryan's behavior towards Imlie. It would be interested to see such an action from her towards him. I think that would be confirmation that Arylie is happening.

Anyway, ye Sita Maiyya ke chakkar me, I feel that ye to pura Ramayan in reverse chal raha hai. I just was watching the episode cause I wanted to see a little more of Aditya's stupidity, and then Malini's idiosyncracies. And then suddenly it just hit me, that bhai ye Sita maiyya ki bhakt ke life me to ulti Ramayan chal rahi hai. Now, how? Cause I see a mix of mytho characters in all the people.

Aditya (Ram/Raavan) - He is an idealist who fights for the underdogs, writes relevant stories as a journalist. But then he has pride in his work, which comes across as arrogance, and he has ego also. He is compelled into a marriage but he vents it out all on Imlie. Imlie is left to exist in a corner of the house like Sita in Ashok Vatika and Aditya gets married to Malini. Imlie undergoes humiliation and is treated as a servant and Sita is stripped of her dignity when she has to live under captivity. Then he slowly comes to realize he is in love with this girl and begins a fight for her rights, and he gets her the dignity of his wife. But then he questions her intent with regard to Malini and prove herself, thus facilitating Imlie's exit from that house

Malini (Suparnakha😆/Mandodari) - She has actually genuinely loved Aditya at some point in time in whichever way she understands, and hasn't even thought of any other man in her life. But then suddenly she turned into this creature who eyes someone else's husband and wants to possess him at all costs, no matter how much pain it inflicts on Aditya. Pata nahi kab koi Lakshman aake iske naakh aur kaan kaatega.🤪Only the Sita Maiyya knows.

Imlie (Sita) - Bhakt bilkul bhagwan pe gayi hai. Raavan bhiksham dehi karke aata hai, aur deviji ne lakshman rekha hi cross kardi daya ke chakkar me. Yaahan ye bina kisi ke maange, jaante bujhte got ready to marry Aditya. As mentioned she suffered humiliation, her dignity and self-respect questioned by everyone, and losing herself a bit more every day in this turmoil until finally she has had enough and she leaves.

Aryan(Raavan/Ram) - He is a prince who had to rise to become the King. He is powerful, confident, and intimidating. He loves his family deeply and can go through lengths and breadths to protect them. Fire tore apart his "Sone ki Lanka" and fire is what he carries within himself. But, he too helps the underdog in his own tough way, he cares, he feels. He is kind, subtle, yet strong. He has reinstated Imlie with some of the dignity that was stripped from her since her marriage and also kept her self-respect intact. In fact, the comfort level they share in such a short time is surprising yet honest.

Tripathis (Vaanar Sena) - 😆😆😆 Guys, I am sorry, isse better nahi ho sakta tha. They are scattered all over the place, crying and making hopeless plans which never see the light of the say.

Haaye, kya karti. Ek taraf Imlie dekh rahi thi. Ki dekhte dekhte brain me aise khyaal aa gaye bro. Lekin phir bhi creative tha zaroor. Kalyug ka Ramayan hi hai, jahaan ek character me 10 10 kirdaar ghuse pade hai🤣🤣

Though there has been some buzz on and off about Gashmeer moving out/wanting to move out. So if that happens, I don't know they may end up showing Adi Babu becoming devdas and dying? Pata nahi, but obviously Gashmeer and Fahmaan both can't be out. Dekhte hain kya hota hain.
