I LOVE IT even more caz she kinda got back to back 2 last names and some force her to take the other one but imlie has totally went NOPE no chance in hell I don't need it ai an fine as Imlie and Now Imlie Tripathi caz that is her own will long Overdue .. if I really need to have a last name that will be the one I will pick..I love how it has her marzi ... yay for babusahib doing his homework well of drilling it in jhalli for so long so she started getting used too and organically slipping into the habit of that being her name.. I love the ease she has when she says it with such pride and tells people ke seek lijiye uska Naam..easy ho jaayega..

Kinda similar to how Adi used to accuse Imlie in the early days of trying to take Malini’s place 😆…..He used to take any general good thing Imlie did also as a sign that she is trying to make her place in the house or trying to take Malini’s place. Aparna is doing another version of that. They have to make all the characters go through their cycle of Malini worship and defensiveness over feeling threatened by Imlie ki goodness as if it will impact their Malini bhakti 😆….Adi ka woh cycle is done with. Ab Aparna ki baari chal rahi hai. And she’s a far bigger blind Malini bhakt than Adi ever was 😆….

Thanks for putting it out so beautifully that is what I was getting at as such..haha at malini bhakti ka cycle well aparna ji aapko ab pata chalega asal goodness hoti kya cheez hai ..I mean not that you know it already with your past bonding with imlie but like kis hadh tak woh goodness aapse kya kuch karwati hai.. she will have a FB ka journey and it will be worth it her seeing her refresh her memory and actually seeing every action of imlie I'm a different light like e.g right now this sindoordaan.. I thought they weaved in well with how the first thing they accused her of malini ka sindoor cheena again do she got the first clarification on the first accusation that nope not true..infact if anything it is malini who ended up cheenoing it unknowingly but well now trying to do it knowingly and yeh ke har kisinja dio imlie jaisa bada nahi hota it will be a journey for her an enlightening one and she already seems too overwhelmed let's see how more if it unfolds. I know I am super excited for this track caz of the way they are treating it..and actually imlie ki journey into being able to overcome another challenge and find her place in the Family. It goes along with adi telling her ouat that place is always there you gotta just work around it and that is what imlie is doing..she knows too ke she belongs here in this family but abhi actual place paane ke liye thodi toh Jatan karne padenge

I also have to mention I like how they are tackling so much with this this ain't typical dil jeetna hai ya fight over beta kiska ho..they actually are building a bond still beyind adi in the equation yeha it is called bahu but hardly their dynamic revolves around beta/bahu kiska hai..and who gets to claim.ownership over him nope it is not a fight of kiski mutthi main karna hai

Agree 100% NM. This track is about Imlie and Aparna and the bond they share. It’s not about Adi. What I love about Adi in this whole thing is - he doesn’t interfere unnecessarily with his protectivenessin what Imilie is trying to do here - I don’t know if I made sense there - their communication is just so simple, to the point and the understanding between them is so great that they give each other the space to do their thing but they know they have each other’s saath no matter what.

I just love that Adi is just the cheer leader and Imilie is doing her own thing 😆

I am excited for the quiz competition too- if it’s about how well Imlie knows her sasuraal, no one can come close to beating her in that 😆

I am fine either way be it GK or about knowing sasural imlie is far superior than any one else in brainpower. Lol prachi bahu jaisi tuchis do not have brain capacity to stand a chance in that

Word about adi..I love it that he let's imlie handle her equations and doesn't feel the need to come in between unless it is absolutly necessary to stand up otherwise he knows imlie is capable of handling sab on her own very well..and yes she has his support but he doesn't ghusso in women ke apne matters.. I like woh trust and space ke your house your family your bonding deal with them on your terms ..

@bold: Totally agree, Sandy. This is what makes their relationship so lovely to watch. They don’t need to make a show out of supporting each other for the support to still come through.

Adi is fiercely protective of her, has a tendency to get bossy and overbearing in other ways 😆…. but he still gives her space to handle things in her own way without trying to do it on her behalf. This balance of support and space sets their relationship apart. He’s always encouraged her to be independent and make her way on her own. Only time he steps in assertively is when he feels she is backing down to her detriment.

It’s a very different kind of relationship to behold for ITV. There are many couples who have shades of support and partnership….but the way it’s being shown with Adi-Imlie makes them stand out from the crowd :)

Adi may not be the central figure in this track for Imlie and Aparna but the sense of support and partnership between him and Imlie is still coming through in a meaningful way :)

A relationship truly has the depth to last when even if you disagree with each other, you know how to support each other. That is what Adi Imlie have as a couple :)

The competition is just a cover and none of it is about proving kisi ka worth or winning hearts by cooking 😆….this is about just Aparna and Imlie figuring out a way to untie the knots in their relationship. They have had a bond beyond Adi since way back. Bas usko rediscover karna hai phir se. Koi claim ya ownership ki ladaai nahin, bas pyar ki ladaai hai. Cuz Imlie genuinely loves them and she knows they genuinely love her too despite their current gussa.


They had to show Imlie making her place in the family on her own dum. For so long everything has been obscured since they didn’t know the truth. She already had her place in the family but now it’s a matter of finding and owning it again.

We may not like hearing the cliched naukaraani taunts but this battle is also about Imlie needing to break that perception she has been reduced to and establish her true place in the family as a wife and bahu. Imlie herself once initiated that presumption that she is a maid. Now it’s on her to fully break it and make the family understand her true stature in their house and world.

I have one doubt for what setting anu is talking about

I also have to laugh at people expecting imlie to go I to some sadma drive and cry and blame and accuse adi while wearing shaadi ka joda khwahishein while aoni girl does total chop on that front ke it gives her himmat and she cannot leave himmat behind so yeah never giving I to sadistic wishes..

She knows exactly how they bith have suffered and it is painful for them both and adi ka genuine offers matters they both feel the dard on a visceral level .. it is a shared moment of recapping how they got achi and buri yaadein and they can try and erase but they cannot erase and will have to find their way towards khushiyaan and they will. The very fact that they do not play the blame games and self victimize themselves set them apart that zeal to leave problems behind and not let them take over your life makes then so different and worth cherishing jahan bhaith ke rona dhona nahi karna but hamesha uppar ubharna hai where else you see that.. aaj kal toh sabko bas self pity main wallowing karni hai koi mauka nahi chodna bechara banane ka and frankly that is grating on my nerves

Adi ne kab Imlie jo jataaya hai that he was her choice ya woh Mari jaa rahi thi to marry him? 🙄😂….so why would she throw such a thing in his face? Kuch bhi.

To expect such things in Adi Imlie ka equation ya expecting Imlie to demean Aparna in anyway to jataao that she wasn’t dying to marry Adi…log phir bilkul nahin samjhe in characters ko.

for many people these days, feminism and woman empowerment comes down to pointing others mistakes, talking rudely with anyone who may or many not have hurt them and using swear words. This is the fake feminism we are dealing with every where. Malini comes into that category, that is why most people may be able to relate to her, it is another story that she doesn’t take a stand for her at all.

Imlie is the personification of women empowerment, this is a girl who didn’t had any privileges growing up, but still worked hard to get educated and make her career, she faced a lot of issues but had the strength to fight and come victorious. Yes she had some bad memories with them shaadi the jhoda, but she is not someone who will sit and cry over it and guilt trip everyone, she is someone recognizes the problem and finds a solution her own way, we have seen Adi mentioning the same exact thing when she dressed up BK and CK as devi’s with 8 hands to make a point that they can do all the chores at home alone. This girl always faces any issue head on and with dignity and that is the real women empowerment
