Like Moth to a Flame

Happy 100th epi, everyone! 😆

To mark the occasion, the title of the epi was "Aditya blames Imlie"😆.....but don't go by that, the first half of Adi-Imlie scenes were everything we've all waited a LONG time to see😆.

Babusahib continues to be off-balance😆....literally and figuratively. Takkar se uthe toh Imlie se pehla question puchha, "Tum theek ho"? in the ULTIMATE soft tone😆....Imlie bechaari was watching him like she's seeing an apparition....can't blame her....mujhe bhi believe nahin ho raha tha ki yeh Adi hi hai jo ki itna CONCERN dikha raha hai uske saamne😆.....poor girl was even asking her friends, "Can you see him here too"? hahaha😆

Iske baad Imlie ki cheesy friends Jeejaji ki praise karke nikal li to leave pati-patni alone to chitchat😆. Point to be noted, the girls said so much and Adi was just busy staring at Imlie the whole time - no reaction to people linking him up to Imlie🤣.

Iske baad jo baatein nikli Babusahib ke muh se....oh ho ho😆....first out the gate, "Tum KYUN chali aayi, Imlie"? "Kya ZAROORAT thi ghar chhodke aane ki"? 😲😆.....waah waah look at him asking her like iska haq hai jaanne ka Imlie iske ghar se kyun aayi😆......and I LOVED that in response, Imlie gave him a look and then just turned and started to walk away🤣.....she was so freakin PAKAAOED ki isko ITNA samjhaya aur iski sui wahin atki hai🤣. Iske response mein Babusahib ne ek aur bomb phoda by stopping her from leaving....."Ek baar bhaag chuki ho, phir se nahin bhaagne denge tumhein" 😲🤣.....KAUN HAI YEH AADMI AND WHAT HAS HE DONE TO OUR SADU BABUSAHIB? 😆

But just as I was thinking this, phir nikla wohi twisted scapegoating wala temper that is standard Babusahib modus operandi😆.....Imlie told him she didn't want to increase his pareshaani toh response mein Babusahib ne TAUNT maara that you didn't do any of this for ME😆...."Tumne HUMAARE baare mein bilkul nahin socha" ...kya ghumaya baat ko Adi babu ne by saying you didn't even think of my family whom you usually think about BEFORE me🤣.....just look at the excuses dropping from this guy's mouth.....amazing😆 .....amazing attempt to use the family as a front for all HIS feelings😆....sunaa raha hai ki tumhein koi farak nahin padaa family kis haal mein hai, unhein kitna dukh hua hoga....sab apna dukhda ro raha hai family ki aad mein.....twisted aadmi😆

Iske baad wala moment was so husband-wife argument- like😆....Imlie asks him, "You've come all this way to say THIS to me"....aur kuch nahin bolna"? 😆 Kyun Imliya, aapko bhi kuch expectation bachi thi apne Babusahib se? 😛😆....and in response Adi is at a loss for words for a bit thinking inside his head ki I don't even know what I've really come to say😆.....phir Imlie was like, "Are you here for some work"? toh phir Adi ka taunt mode started again ki tumhein kya farak padta hai hum kyun aaye hain? 🤣.....man the REPROACH and the HURT in his voice when he's like, "Tum toh chali aayi na....ab tum apne kaam se kaam rakho, hum apne kaam se kaam rakhenge"? 😆

Then the section after this as she's like, "Maine kabhi aapka raasta nahin roka....main toh aapke raaste se hat gayi. Aur ab aapke hatne ki baari hai".....DAMN, Imlie👏😆.....girl has newfound resolve now cuz she's so pakaaoed of his wishi-washiness😆.....but then that's the difference between her and Adi....she has the emotional strength to let go....he finds it much harder to do that.....as was shown with the way he couldn't help himself from again trying to stop her by holding her bicycle ka handle.....and again doing those puppy dog eyes at her😆....before finally letting go after a moment😆

Phir shuru hui Jamaai Babu ki khaatirdaari😆.....as always, he gets all the lucky breaks....SK spotted him just then and invited him home....and then began a role reversal of all the things from the last time Adi came to PD....then he was desperate to only stay at the lodge, didn't want to stay at Imlie's house....this time Imlie herself is saying he will stay at the lodge😆 and Adi is like nope, I'll stay at Imlie's house😆.....Imlie is operating under the usual presumption that he does everything under zabardasti and he's like, nope, is baar meri MARZI hai😆....Imlie ko rightly lagaa jhatkaa ki humaare ghar mein rehna kabse aapki MARZI ban gaya? 😆.....The looks these two are exchanging in all this back and forth....ekdum roothe huye miyaan-biwi waale😆.

But all in all, two major themes emerged today in a kind of role reversal.....a) Imlie is now in no mood to INDULGE him as she has for a very long time😆.....pati/suhaag jaap ek taraf, she just looks very irritated with him now and doesn't seem to have any patience for his nautanki😆.....and b) Adi is literally behaving like he's the moth to Imlie's flame😆.....unable to help himself at every step from just following her....first to PD, then to her house, then agreeing to stay at her house.....lol....like he just wants to be in her presence but doesn't know what to say to her or explain why he NEEDS to be with her😆.

Finally Adi-Prakash ka intro bhi ho gaya and Prakash is giving him slightly dirty looks and trying to jataao ki woh Imlie ka BFF hai.....Adi's giving him a polite hi/hello for now....but funny moment was when Adi was like, "Imlie never mentioned you before" 😆....and Imlie went into overdrive trying to pretend that she just never got around to it in all her happy chatter 😆. Nakli Naani was being nosy but the things she said to Adi about how they must have kept Imlie like a maid at his house did hit him hard.....lol

Second half was all Malini ka martyr act and other randomness....😆.....I really don't know what to say about her random speech regarding, "If my relationship really is that strong, Adi will come back to me"😆.....abhi bhi itna drama chalaa ke rakha hai family ke saamne.....but she does seem to be replaying some of Adi's random outbursts in her head.....lol .....what I find too funny is her claim that she doesn't want to FORCE anyone to be with her...yet she keeps telling Adi every chance she gets that she will DIE without him😆.....her brand of twisted feels even more dangerous than AC sometimes....tauba😆

Precap seems to indicate that snakebite is tomorrow😆.....let's see how it goes.....haha

Her not speaking to him over the phone hit him hard.

How unaware is this parvath jaisa insaan of an actual relationship that he is being put through the grinder because of that ignorance. He is hurting, he is vulnerable, he does not know day from night. And he is feeling the exact same things that Imlie went through albeit in a different context with no underlying feelings other than that of complete doubt. She went through a lot more to get here and Aditya will traverse through it too. He has to in order to be able to be worthy of her.

For the first time Imlie wants to read him selectively. She realized he has come on his own and all is not right but she does not want to read his complaints for what they are - his deep seated necessity for her to acknowledge that she is hurting as much as he is after he left. That what he is feeling is not one sided.

But she did remind him why she never will be Malini albeit in a different context. She will never hold him back whereas Malini wants to never let go. That he will not understand this for a while is another thing.

Malini is thrashing around. She will have to start questioning things more. And her tamasha is only going to get intolerable; not only for us audience but also for Aditya. Badke kaka clearly pak chuke the aaj

The "Tum theek ho....aap theek hain?" bit....and LOL their obliviousness to the other people around them😆

Adi babu toh gayo re baba.. sach main kaun tha yeh aadmi ek toh softness ke record tod diye in chinta and then all his haq and hurt and frustration spilled over.. ek.ke baad ek dialogue maare hi jaa rahe thay no wonder imlie couldn't beleive her eyes .. I was too amused by his own surprise at all the things he was doing and going yeh humari marzi.kabse ho gaya.. another bit that I really enjoyed was imlie firmly telling him iss baar hum daant nahi sunat hain and babusahib just looking at her face in Shockwa regarding him willingly coming to her home 🤣

Adi ka voice had torn into bazillion pieces wala feel he was being so tender with her even in his taunts his dukh and pain was more coming through then harshness. Loved him saying ghar kyin chod aayi.. it was not mera ghar mere gharwale.. it was plain ghar har gharwale.. him giving her that status again as if it is hers as much as it is his.. I was like adi babu tumko kis baat ka zyada bura laga hai tumhare baare main nahi socha ya tumse pehle gharwale aate hain.. all the things he was saying reflected how he wants him to be her priority how he was doing shikwe with just so much apnapan he gave her such a high place in his heart in his eyes all the izsat that one gives to a partner shikayatein also reflected so much of deep closeness. You Don't talk.like that to people you consider no one he was giving her the priority and expected that just like a real husband wife.. humara hai sab way main.. Imlie was so adorbs in whether he is real or not caz babusahib itne soft huye pade thay yakeen kaise aata. Am amazed at how she managed to not move an inch from her resolve despite all the shikayatein and haq and pleading and trying to do everything that he doesn't do normally out of his will . Nothing get to Imlie today she was rather done and was like whatever I know kal phir palte ga.😆 absolutly loved the look.they shared when he instinctively tried to stop her by raasta rok ke and then her stare made him leave it.. that is what she is and why we call her a force you can't bend her when she makes up her mind.. lol at adi ka bhaag kyonaayi as if you didn't wanted her to run

It is worth experiencing the magic in those 5 mins or so..then at home NN ka calling imkie ki hasiyat as a bikharan pinched him so hard the way it hit him that damn sach hi hai even though she was being greedy one could see again how it was a blow on his pride.. aaj toh Babusahib itna farmabardar jamai babu bane thah mithi se bhi itne ache se baat ki itna nicely replied to her queries and kept getting hurt over and over at imlie trying to push him away ke lodge jaane ka hai

Rofl at imlie ka end main what do.you want me to.do Amma aa gaye toh aa gaye denying the possibility ke uske liye aa sakte hai babusahib 😆 but then also wondering is he really there for her .. cutie.. damn it girl.HAAN HAAN HAAN open your eyes and smell the coffee your babusahib is tadpooing so much his rom rom needs you and he doesn't know why all his masks have fallen no excuse is working not even family wala.. he is tearing up so much .. and JUST NEEDS YOU.. again he doesn't know he logistics neither are they his concern now .. his concern is you you are the priority his most precious thing.. uske dil dhadakne ki wajaj uski saansein rune ki wajah.. and unka bas chale toh gale laga lein.. with all the haq he kept exercising by holding her arm stopping her way telling her how indirectly and directly how important she is to him.. it was a pati uthaooing sar out of babusahib.. lol and this is what babusahib call nakli tu jaa re baba🤣🤣

Oh wow what attitude and spunk displayed by our lil spitfire Imlie. She did not fall at BS feet and gave him the cold shoulder.🤣 Bechara BS does not what has hit him, he willingly followed her like a lil lamb... all the way to her house and no mention of the lodge.. 🤣

oh my it was unbeleivable to see Aditya like this. A lot of other drama today and going to skip it for now.

I loved how Imlie pinched herself to see if Adi prakat hua uske saamne. 😆 The tone and emotions here were spot on!!! GM and ST 👏

Adi met Pari today and was not too impressed, bus asked Imlie why you never mentioned your childhood friend. 😆 He is so mad and irritated and Imlie bhi kum nahin... full ignore kar hari hai.

Couldn't care less about Malini or Nishant....or Dev😆.....especially when the Adi-Imlie scenes were so good. Rest of the epi felt like filler pakaau stuff only.

Yeah, Dev is on the way to PD using the same tactic as his son-in-law....jhoot bolke aa raha hai that he's going to Mumbai and will land up in PD😆. So full chance of Adi possibly discovering Dev-Imlie's relationship on this trip too😆
