@Reemz: Patronizing! Thank you! That's the word i was searching for but it kept slipping my mind...she was totally PATRONIZING Kesar in this epi...again *headdesk*

Ditto...their confrontation scenes are honestly what got me hooked to this show...they are so CHARGED...and real chemistry doesn't even need cliched romantic scenarios...there are sparks flying all around even if these two don't even TOUCH each other in a scene😆

Yeh they will. But amazingly she manages to be all easy and happy and friend to Kesar when she knows it all too well. Why would she disillusion Kesar? Gulaal is not the bad pretty girl who knows and thrives off breaking hearts... so she can't be leading Kesar on... the only other option is, she's leading on herself.

Can it happen?! 🤔

*Edit*
Oh, btw, Shmexyyy of GK to me is totally different from usual. I think my favorite scenes of them are their confrontations. I want to see one, where Kesar truly has that upper hand - which we got a glimpse of yesterday - where Gulaal is actually yielding, and not just on her forever avoidance approach. ... Let's see!

Shmexxy of GK can never be the usual. In fact while I can use words like 'sexy, hawwwt' etc for most other couples I've enjoyed watching, I just feel like these same words belittle GK. There is this sense of respect I have for them which makes me refrain from making such remarks. I see intimacy between the two even when they're not touching because their bond is so powerful.

Going back to Gulaal's aloofness...

Because its Day 1 of their reconciliation, I am expecting/hoping that things will change from Gulaal's POV. Kesar is SO there where he should be. His head is sorted but now its Gulaal to understand her own issues and I think yesterday's scene was just the beginning. From now on, it will be Gulaal's feelings which will be under the spotlight.

Today she thinks she can ignore Kesar's soul-stirring words because he asked for forgiveness for all his antics so maybe she is just sweeping yesterdays moment under the chair as if it never existed.

OMG I just had a horrible thought...is she thinking that Kesar is also apologizing for THAT lecture he gave her about killing the woman inside her??😕😕...is THAT way she has forgotten it so conveniently?? Cuz the panchayat scene and all happened afterwards...then he apologized to her so much today...so is she thinking that he's apologizing for THAT too?? I hope not...in that case, Kesar should clarify to her as well.

How about Dushyant getting the credit this time round?

That would also make Dushyant and Talli made for each other kind - with too much in common to ignore 😆

PERFECT! I wholeheartedly approve as a DULLI phangurl...*stamps her approval*😆

I did think that unfortunately :\ She will do anything to avoid confronting those feelings inside.

BUT BUT BUT...she knows its the truth so the scene won't go to waste :)))

Even i mentioned that in my post (i am pretty sure i did lol) does Gulaal think that he is apologizing for what he said to her yesterday, but if she thinks back to what he said and the last sentence he said yesterday after he left, she will know he wasnt... because his last sentence confirms it in that scene, that his mind on the DV was made up before he walked up, but he is gonna say this and then what he says at the DV
But then again the Gulaal i see and would think he is saying sorry for the things he did in forcing her and so on, which what he said yesterday doesnt come into it...
As i said i so see Gulaal's pov and journey now, it started yesterday, the foundations laying in with that The woman convo, and for her has to happen naturally even if she doesnt make it easy for herself and so on

I third that - it did occur to me, that maybe she thinks he's apologizing for everything, including the night confrontation- but really, she has to be the most bizarrely prejudiced and blinded person to keep believing that too long. Because one night he comes and tells her she's self destructive, next morning he gives in to her to make her happy, next she hears him claim her happiness tops his priority, and she knows he loves her still, deny as she might.

Annoyingly at this point - she may have shoved it down the drain on account of the apology. As for Kesar apologizing, he's totally sorted out. He knows where he was wrong, and that's what he truly repents and has tried to fix. He understands he's giving up and giving in (even wrongly, because it's given Gulaal all the more reason to fool herself) but he's so done with being on her wrong side I suppose.

Just like her. Gulaal might have had better sense than to step back into her 'patronizing' role as you call it Reemz so soon, if she hadn't been subconsciously so deprived of this one bond that her life is thriving off from years now.

Reemz - yes, respect is the right word. it bothers me overtly when Gulaal keeps nagging him with paap talks, because this relationship truly raises the notch for selfless love - the dynamic is not a spin off romance or usual love-hate story. It's another class altogether - and that's what sets the show apart from all others.

Okay everyone - I hate to leave the party first - and it's only past midnight for me, but I got only a couple hours of sleep last night - so I'm in desperate need of my bed now.

Tomorrow same time, place, new thread?! (:
