Gulaal: Chudi (as broke from her trance and asked surprisingly)
[Kesar kept smiling mischieviously and Gulaal smiled off the moment]

[Minutes and Seconds kept passing, Gulaal was all in a dreamy mode, but Kesar... Kesar kept staring at the burninig flames, and his stare was so stern, as his eyes were pointed at the fire, the flames took him to the mandap, were he took the (incompleted) Pheras with Thalli, he remembered how his eyes kept on searching Gulaal then, every seven vachans keeps echoing on him, and back to the present, the flames were still dancing in his eyes and he slightly turned his head towards Gulaal who was sitting leisurely]
Kesar: Gulaal..[in his pained voice.]
Gulaal (tilted her head a bit ):hmm...
[Kesar took a deep breath and laid over the sand at one snap and he looked at the starry sky.Gulaal while sitting looked at him surprisingly]
Gulaal:(smiling) Kya hua Kesar.
[Kesar closed his eyes for a while, sweet memories kept flashing in his mind, and a smile bloomed on his lips. Gulaal ws so curious. kesar suddenly broke in to laughter and stood up, kept laughing, raised his head upwards and winked his eyes. Gulaal who became restless, stood up and reached him]
Gulaal:Kya dekh raha hein thu Kesar?
[Kesar put his right hand around her and pointed his left,on a star far above]
Kesar:(in an innocent tone):Dekh rahi hein thu Gulaal, woh , woh mere Vasanth ba..(laughingly a bit) haans rehe hein muj par
Gulaal: (unbelievingly)Kesar..
Kesar (all laughing):Gulaal thu je patha hein mein Vasanth ba ko kithni thang kartha tha, woh bhi teri naam lekar. sochtha raha ki Gulaal tho meri dosth thi na, Vasanth ba se shaadi kaise kar sakthi hein, wo tho meri hein na.Kithna paagal tha mein ki unse yeh bhi poocha ki" Vasanth ba kyun na hum dono ek hi ladki se shaadi kare"
Gulaal:(suprisingly)Kya???
Kesar(Still laughing): haan Gulaal, shaadi ke baad tho mein humesha shikkayath kartha tha ki "Vasanth ba hamesha meri Gulaal ko mujse door karthe rehthe hein". Sachch mein Gulaal muje kuch bhi patha nahin tha, siva inki ki "Gulaal sirf meri hein"(his voice got broke somewhere, seriousness crept in to his voice)DV ke baad tho mein bahooth khush dha, aakhir ek naam mila muje Gulaal...Gulaal m..meri patni hein...mein tera kavach hoon..(he was taking in the breath)
[Gulaal sighed and looked at him helplessly]uss waqth to muje yeh bhi patha nahin tha ki pathi pathni ka rista aakhir kaunsi ehsaas se judi hothi thi sirf yehi patha tha ki "Tu sirf meri hein, sirf meri" lekin Kyun? nahin patha tha.
Jaise jaise mein bade hothe gaya, mein thujse door raha na,mahine, aur saalon ek ek karke beeth gaya, tho theri kami muje kaatne laga.College mein tho sab ko gfs hothe the (he laughed as he said) lekin patha nahin kyun meri mann kisi pe nahin laga, sab jaaga theri chehra doondthe rahe, kaise milthe?Jab doston poochtha tha tho teri hi naam subaan par atha,(pretendinding slight anger) lekin muh se nikal ne nahin diya, thujse nafrath karne ki zid karke baita tha na (laughes at his silliness).Aur mein waapas aaya tho, har wo bahaane dooonthi rahi, jise thuje dukh pahunja saku, lekin kya kartha mein(helplessly)teri aankhon ki har aansu, mere dil ko jala kar detha dha Gulaal.Muje bilkul samach mein nahin aaraha dha ki thujse door rahne ki laak koshishon ke baavjooth bhi kaunsi dor muje teri taraf kheenj raha dha.[Turning towards Gulaal and holding her face] aur jaise muje patha chala, tho thab se har lamha uss ehsaas ke saath hi jiya mein ne.
Gulaal:(almost inaudibly):Kesar..(tears rolling on her cheeks)
[Kesar hold her hands and stepped a few towards the fire]
Kesar:Gulaal jab se muje hamare riste ki maine samach mein aya, mein anjaane mein hi sahi, har vo vachan(read 7-1here)nibhathe aaya hein, DV ke tutne ke baad bhi, kuch nahin badla dha mere liye, aakhir rasmon ke tutne se riste aur ehsaas kaise tutthe, pyaar kaise tutthe Gulaal (holding her) lekin mein jaantha hoon ki teri liye yeh bahut zaroori hein..(he determinantly holds her hand with in his) isliye aaj iss jalthe aag ko sakshi maankar, uss saare vachan ke khasam khakar, yeh Kesar (takes the bangle and crushes it and with a broken piece makes a cut on his right thumb, Gulaal's eyes follows his actions) tuje apni patni sweekar kartha hun(simultaneously fills her maang with his blood).
[Gulaal couldnt take it anymore, she breaks in to sobs and hugs him]
Gulaal:(weeping)Mein sirf teri hoon Kesar, sirf teri.
[After all these were all the four words that she could utter in assurance as for the unconditional love and dedication this man has for her]
[Both hugged each other tightly as they didnt want to lose one another at any cost, the whole night, the aag, and crores of stars witnessed their marriage and the sky showered its blessings on the newly wedded couples and stars dimmed as it rained]
