Yes you are absolutely right.

Savi will have a tough time acknowledging Sai's second marriage but I feel that the PH will sweep it under the carpet just like they did with Vinayak's case.

Because even Vinayak is supposed to be knowing that Sairat are his biological parents yet he has never questioned them about his birth nor how they got separated.

Same way, I feel the PH will show Savi acknowledging Sai's marriage and acknowledging Satya as her second father.

Anupama started with Anupama and Vanraj as the main leads but due to public demand, Vanraj was made a complete villain by bringing in Anuj as the main positive male lead. However, Vanraj was a grey character from the beginning.

Same way, Imlie started with Imlie and Aditya as the main leads but due to public demand, Aditya was made negative by bringing in Aryan as the main positive male lead.

In both these shows, the MLs were the highest paid just like Neil but still they got replaced,

So I believe the same can happen here too and it is already happening.
