Yes Pakhi will lose both Virat and Vinu with this case. There is no other doubts. As Virat said, she should have let things untouched :P But she didnt.

I feel it will be Vinu who will say that Dr aunty actually saved your life. I remember Vinu was actually watching Sai save P when the other doctor gave up.

Somehow I feel Satya is getting interconnected with both Sai and Virat. This time Virat may not sit quiet and support Pakhi helplessly like he did during Vinu revelation track. He has become way too serious about having Sai in his life. In order to save Sai he may even confess that it was he who had signed the consent form. Pakhi's lawyer can then accuse both of them of plotting against Pakhi and that's when Satya can be their savior. It will be so interesting if they show something like this

Pehle toh removing uterus if life is in danger does not amount to crime.

I think the story will end. why are you thinking it will not end? It is better to end this way and give SaiRat a proper closure. even if they drag, they cant continue once SaiRat are back together. They should end by 1000 episodes. there is no story left IMO
