We are forgetting the focus right now is Dr. Satya. So this is only to get him more involved in Sai’s life. Side mein Vinu will be added bonus to know who is real jadugarni. Yet Vinu is still not going to be 100% Sai… it’s beginning of that realization.

Virat is collateral damage and rightly so he and CN needs to see Ps colors. They won’t be able to do anything to P…. They dug their graves and will realize that grave mistake they made by bailing her out preleap.

I don’t know who they will invalidate V\P marriage … maybe this will now put BK in action after seeing what P did.

What will BK do in a marriage. It is either mutual consent or wife demanding divorce because husband didnt consummate. I have only seen such cases in India. The law protects woman in a marriage I think. Virat will not say Pakhi is causing harm to his parents. He cannot prove they didnt consummate. Pakhi will be abla nari here. And if there is valid adoption, Vinu belongs to her. Sai lost the baby, Vinu was raised by his biological parent and his wife. In USA, adopted parents are as good as biological ones.

Even if Vinu goes to Sai, Judge can only advice Pakhi to divorce Virat because the kids need him. Theyt cant grant divorce if the wife is not willing to. Unless Virat and family says Pakhi harassed them.

Something I wanted to share and missed.

Vinu is the pull. He is attached to P and till that is the case, V cannot take any deliberate but harsh steps. If he does, Sai will lose Vinu. Which he can't afford. So if he is trying to get his family together then is that not the biggest betrayal and a payback for P. She is using Vinu to keep V ties to her. She in a way gave it away when she said she will lose V if Vinu shifts towards Sai. That is the fear, and that is her trump card.

But she doesn't even know that V is in fact planning the very same thing. Trying to get Vinu close to Sai so that he too can go back to his family.

P is sucking up the blood and he needs to get his family put of her clutches before he can himself get away.

But what if that is V's game plan, and he always knew P's mind game and he beat her to her own game?

it’s my guess … not sure if it was you or Moor who thought that somewhere BK will doubt that aspect and dig up

They can bring down V/P marriage that way just another way….

what is her confidence on Virat that he would not go against their marriage. I think she will misuse law here. She will say they were consummated. Now that there is no scope of pregnancy, how will they confirm they are not consummated? To annull the marraige. Court might not consider Virat's testimony in such cases. Pakhi can always say they went on honeymoon. Show the tickets and hotel bookings.

So Virat has no evidence to come out of the marriage. May be that is her confidence?

I don't think Virat will play any role in this saga other than being *shocked* or *helpless*. The problems in his life begin with his vaadas and end with his vaadas. Protecting the woman who abused his wife, son and now his daughter all because of a stupid promise - makes no sense to me. Where was this relentless will to keep his vaada to KJ or Sai?

Maybe Satya will help in some form - that will begin the transformation of Sai's preconceived notion of him. On the other hand, Virat will be pissed off at Letter, but *helpless*. So on hand he will have to deal with jealousy, especially because now Sai is a young, single woman who he cannot control, and on the other hand Letter is an unhinged lunatic who he cannot control.

Sai-Satya romance, if they are meant to be in a relationship, will not start anytime soon. Only when Vinu accepts Sai (most probably due to Satya's meddling in some manner) and Virat wants to kick Letter to the curb, will they start such a track.

Enormous and Letter are not separating till a leap happens and the characters die or 2-3 episodes before Sairat happens. Because the chances of AS leaving the show, which is needed to carry forward a happy SaiRat, are slim to none.

Yeah that is a possibility. but that will only tell the family that Pakhi has been always evil. if the marriage is a valid one, Virat is still stuck with her right? Unless she has change of heart or dies, Virat can not get out from the marriage.

So there is something that will make Pakhi fail at this! :)

I have a small question. Does adoption in India require two parents/married couple? I'm sure they have it easier than single parents but surely a single parent is eligible for adoption if the child is of the same sex as the parent?

He is brainless;

He is Virat Chavan.

It all depends on what is it they are aiming at.

Because they have changed gears and speeding up as if they want the story going in a certain direction. So once they reach the stage where the track should pick up they will slow down. The case is definitely an ice breaker of sorts for Sai-Sathya equation. But how will that impact the story ahead is for us to see.
