Civil case will turn on her, if the marraige is fake or invalid. what if to fulfill the 2 year marriage clause on adoption, they back dated the marriage so it will fall into the years he was still married to Sai? The civil case will show there is no valid marriage between the two.

Now, the womb removal might not be related to accident at all. If Pulkit has been her doctor for a long time, he should be knowing something more about her womb. It should be linked to surrogacy not the accident. Accident made it only worse. Pulkit came to attend her after the accident. So in that case, her womb removal is directly related to surrogacy. Why did it happen? Because she was not ready for surrogacy. Tada. The case that was abandoned when Sai was assumed dead will be reopened again, if Sai wants it. BK will want Sai to reopen the case :D but Sai might forgive her, because she raised her son.
